Ulta always feels fun and welcoming, and they have a wide selection of products. That can be a bit overwhelming, but the staff are knowledge and can help. I also enjoy their salon, and prefer to get my hair cut there over other places. The stylists check in with you and make sure they are giving a haircut you like

That was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had in a beauty store. Worse than any Sephora I’ve ever been into. Because I was walking around with a $5 spoolie brush (?) I was followed and asked repeatedly if I needed a bag or assistance. I did ask one associate for help towards the beginning but after the fifth person approached me it was a bit much so I decided to leave before finishing my shopping

I would give this location zero stars if it was possible. Visited today knowing exactly what I wanted. I could not get the attention of one single person to help. I counted at least 5 women standing around on their phones and two others walking around giggling with no offers to help. There was zero interest in helping, zero eye contact. Prepared to spend a lot of money but will buy online from sephora instead.

I had a haircut appointment with Ness today and they were AMAZING!!! Thoughtful and explained everything throughout the process. In the past I have kept quiet in the process and ended up with cuts (from a different location and company) and hated the cut by the end and it was my fault for not saying something sooner. Ness did an amazing job of explaining the process and making me feel included. They were personable and an absolute delight to chat with! The experience alone with them I would give 6 stars!
The only reason my review is 4 was the experience after. The checkout process in the front was not as great it took a while to be helped and I had to ask when there were several team members there.
The was great and organized it was the lack of service in the front that kept this experience for being top notch. I have done retail and service for a long time and service goes a long way with me. I don’t leave reviews often.
Ness alone made this worth leaving a review I couldn’t not recommend them more!

Shelves are never stocked and store is not orderly. This manager needs to train team. Tired of going there and unable to find what I need. Cashiers not great. Will go to oro valley much better experience.

I am amazed by the outstanding service given to me by Lancome Representative Kaylynn. I have been looking to replace discontinued lip gloss and shimmering blush that were a particular shade of sparkling plum/ purple. I was finding nothing that approximated the shades I was looking for until Kaylynn assisted me at the Tucson Store. I had samples of the products with me.
We put them on our skin for a color comparison. Kaylynn let me sit while she checked every line in the store and back of the store (and it’s big.). BINGO! She found a compatible set of product colors to what I had. They are not exactly the same but are in the same color family.
I am so happy. I bought 5 of the lip glosses and 3 of the blush, of which 2 are being sent to me. I am so grateful to her for being so thorough and persevering. Kaylynn is an Amazing Rep.

I only did a pick up order and they took forever. Employees kept walking past me without saying “someone will be with you” or anything. They just pretended I wasn’t there. Expected better customer service from ulta

This is the best Ulta in Tucson in terms of being less crowded, and they are much friendlier here. They are like the other Ultas in that they are out of a lot of different products, mainly perfume slims, but they are better stocked than others. Very nice people working here!
