This is a wonderful company. Our container was delivered right before the hurricane. They were closed the day after the hurricane, so we were not able to contact anyone to get our container delivered to our new address. I believe the name of dispatcher in Jacksonville, FL. is Lori. She was amazing in helping us get our delivery on Friday, as we were flying out on Sunday. She was kind & professional. Bill kindly went back and picked up our container to deliver it to us. We will definitely be using this company again! Highly recommend them.

This was the best moving company I’ve ever worked with. I am prior military and have moved 26 times over the years. I’ve utilized many companies and U-Pack proved to be superior. The price was phenomenal. They were clear in communication, honest, on-time, and their drivers were skilled and courteous. I was able to track my household goods the entire distance; 2024 miles, to be exact. I would recommend them any day, any time!

Excellent service for long distance moving. Customer Service was awesome during the entire process and communicated every step of the way. Drivers were very professional in parking trailers near our home and explaining the loading process. I would highly recommend U-Pack to anyone wanting to move their household goods long distance - as long as you have the labor to load and unload.

UPack was PERFECT! Trailer delivery was on time, driver was exceptionally nice and professional in every way. Trailer packing was no problem, locking headgate in place was secure. Pickup driver (same driver) equally professional and courteous. Estimated delivery time was 4 to 6 days later than shipment actually arrived, worked out perfectly for our schedule to receive good early and move into apartment for elderly relative. I cannot find words to express how well this worked for this move. Price was affordable, and was adjusted when we didn't use the estimated amount of space. Thank you AFB for a great move!

Moved all the way from AZ to IA in January then moved all the way back this past Oct. using Upack I spent less then 10k total for both moves. All other companies it was over 10k just for one move. Will only using Upack for our future moves.

Hired Moving Staffers to move our belongings from IL to AZ. Movers stacked and loaded our items poorly and illogically, and we sustained thousands of dollars of losses from damage. MS Rep said, "the movers are not our employees " and denied claim. YOUR COMPANY IS NAMED MOVING STAFFERS?!? Terrible, do not recommend.

Very happy with this U-Pack service! This is a great choice for moving if you have a bit of flexibility with dates. You rent the truck and only pay for the space inside the truck that you use (in 5 foot increments). You hire independent movers on either end of the move - someone to load the truck, and someone else to unload the truck. These are independent from U-Pack. Once loaded, the truck is picked up by U-Pack and driven to your destination. You provide your own moving blankets and straps. I paid a little extra to make sure my truck was delivered by a certain date. Would definitely use this company again. I love their model! Pay for what you use.

I have used UPack twice in the past with zero issues, including across the country. I used them for my move to Tucson. Leaving Tucson has been where the issues began. It was supposed to take take 8 to 10 business days for trailer to go from Tucson to Washington DC. Our trailer sat in Tucson freight yard for 7 days before it was finally moved to El Paso. I understand that summer is a busy time for the moving industry but if you can’t abide by your own timelines don’t book the jobs. We are a military family who moves every few years and we probably won’t be using Upack again.

Moved from Tucson, AZ to Charleston, SC.Door to Door with zero hiccups.Saved about 3k in shipping using UPack.Took about 9 days - nothing was broken or lost.Very responsive customer service.Hope to never move across country again but would use them in a heartbeat if I did.Recommend their services every time!

My driver remembered me and actually dropped my cube off for unloading at my Oro Valley, AZ abode in 2021. He remembered that I was in transit at the time of cube delivery and that my concierge was in charge of acceptance of the cube, with unloading done by Mister Saguaro. Roy again dropped off my cube in April and picked it up again en route back to Wisconsin. This is a solid company with reasonably priced options for long-distance moving. I truly hope not to need their services again, as I really want to stay put for more than two years, but I know they're there if my nomadic spirit inspires me again.
