“Wow, these guys are the real deal! Not only did Dan's Toy Shop point out where another shop went wrong in fixing something, they also pointed out a couple other subtle things (felt during driving) that I also noticed but the Lexus dealership and another shop did not during a PPI. The difference in ride quality, after some repairs were done, was night and day (felt like a whole new car). I will be coming back!”

“I'm driving from Seattle to Mexico and beyond and needed an oil change, fuel filters changed, and transmission fluid changed for my Chevy Duramax diesel truck before crossing the border. I also needed advice and help changing O-rings on 2 hydraulic cylinders on my camper. I called from 300 miles away and made an appointment for the next day and they texted me an estimate. I confirmed and showed up first thing the next day. Everyone at Cima Automotive was completely professional, the shop was busy yet spotlessly clean, all work was completed on time and for less(!!) than the estimate, and the owner and crew provided all the help and confidence I needed to change the O-rings as well. I almost never give reviews but this shop truly deserves 5 stars for their quality of work, service, and help to a traveler. It's always difficult finding a quality auto repair shop, I really feel like I won the lottery by finding Cima.

“Wildcat Automotive was awesome. My wife was in town for just a couple days and had an issue with her brakes. Wildcat was very accommodating and took care of it the same day. They also identified a couple other issues we knew were due for and offered to take care of them- no upsells.

Christina does great work, is a very good communicator, and will answer your questions in ways that are easy to understand. If you want to keep your VW alive but lack the expertise, go talk to Bugs N Buggies. They even helped me out in a time crunch, turning around a rear seal leak and other surprises in just a little over 24 hours. If they'd expand into roofing, HVAC, and plumbing, life would be a breeze.”

“My fiancé and I called Ed Taylor's Auto Clinic in a ditch effort to find a mechanic to look at a newly purchased used car I bought while visiting my brother in Tucson. The car I bought had its engine light turn on and started to chug very hard. Late in the day when we called, we were beyond happy to hear a pleasant voice that said they could take us in and inspect the car.
Lonni was the mechanic who answered our call and inspected the car. Upon arrival, Lonni took roughly 25-30 minutes to run tests on the car. When done, I was expecting to hear a list of problems that needed to be fixed. Much to my happy surprise, in that time, Lonnie not only correctly dignosed the problem with the car, he, in turn, had also fixed the two issues causing the major chugging and the engine light to come on.
In a time of panic and much distress, we couldn't have been more lucky to find this shop with the services provided and mechanics provided. In an industry with much distrust and fear of bad mechanics, Lonni and Ed Taylor bailed us out of a scary and bad situation and for a modest fee of services.
If we lived in Tucson, Ed Taylor and Lonni without a question of a doubt would be our go-to mechanic and shop after this experience. How incredible it is to be so lucky to find the best mechanic in town of a rush ditch effort for help.

“Had a clutch go out on me in the middle of an intersection, called a few locations around town to obtain a quote for a repair, which yielded some insane costs that we laughable. This place offered a fair price on this job. They provided an open bay easily accessible for the tow truck, and had a location which my vehicle could be parked in overnight. Filled out a slip with my details, dropped off the key, and they called me the next morning to keep me updated. The staff were experts in their field, and offered me no BS straight to the point information about other issues which were identified with my vehicle. The clutch was ready in a week, and I was on my way. I appreciate this type of business, and the people who run it, and will continue to come here for any future transmission PM's, or maintenance issues I encounter. Thanks guys!”
