Big disappointment. Pulled up, all you see are dead plants for sale; asked the guy working if they took care of their plants, he seemed very offended and said they could only do what corporate allowed. Well it's sad and unsightly. Walked inside and more dead plants, all the hydrangea was dead, in pots, for sale. A Man and a Woman that worked there were standing talking, I asked if someone could grab a 40lb bag of black seed for me and take it to the register, the Woman put it on a cart and left it for me, the Man did nothing. Looked to me like he was trying to avoid customers altogether, but I don't know. They were perfectly fine with me carrying out and loading 40lbs of seed into my car myself. I will go to the feed store from now on, it was closed cause it was Sunday. They always load my things into the car for me. Not that I'm not capable, but it shows good customer service and I appreciate it.

Frustrating when you shop and you notice other customers getting employee discount! Not the first time this has happened, usually at checkout. Times are hard for everyone and it would be nice to get the employee discount I am sure everyone would agree. The discount is meant just for workers, sure they don't get paid very much, so it's hard when you see someone abusing it. It's not meant for their friends! They can afford to pay what the rest of us has to pay. I can't always pay hundreds of dollars for a item and the discount would make a big difference to all of us. Give the discount to everyone not just your friends.

Horrible customer service. Sat outside for 20 minutes waiting for the “manager” after that he does not even acknowledge us or help us to buy the product we wanted. Will not go here again

Everyone here has been friendly and helpful whenever I come by. I regularly purchase pet food here for my dog and cat, and crumble feed and pine shavings for my chickens. Prices are fair, and the online ordering for in-store pickup makes it convenient when there's low stock of something and you don't want to make the drive for no reason.

I have always had a positive experience at Tractor Supply, their stock is wonderful with choices, and they carry good quality dog food. Kathy is a wonderful person at the cash register, my service dogs absolutely LOVE her. She always makes my day brighter too with her care and compassion. Also so great is that they have a traveling vet on Saturdays. Vet prices have skyrocketed so much that many cannot afford good care, this is a GREAT ALTERNATIVE. I often order large items for pick up and it has always been prompt service (although my dogs are bummed they don't get to go in the store)I was sad to see that Rancher's Supply across the street closed, but they just didn't have the stock nor did they seem to care any longer, they had been in Catalina for eons, and I am sorry they got the competition BUT, I am much happier going to Tractor Supply! Thanks to all!!
