Been coming here since the day I turned 18, sadly won’t be returning anymore. My fiancé went in for a lighter, around 7:20 tonight, August 13th, and didn’t have his ID on hand so he went back to the car to grab it, but since I have my ID on the Arizona MVD app I just ran in to grab it. Which he never even verified or looked at when I held my phone out to him, he simply rang me up. Then after the gentleman started making comments about “if I receive a fine, for selling you this lighter” but continued to sell it to me anyways ???? I understand that the law is the law, but to accuse your customers of breaking the law, when they are not and then threaten to “hunt them down” if you get in trouble for doing something you shouldn’t have done, like I somehow forced him, it’s just laughable customer service. I remember getting my first water pipe here, my first rig, so many firsts, but sadly this interaction has rubbed me wrong and I’ll have to find another local smoke shop to take my business too. Best wishes in your business endeavors, but customer service is key.

When cigarettes began to skyrocket in prices I still wanted to smoke on occasion. I discovered filtered cigars. Tommy's carries them, under $4 a pack. Plus, I like incense. Tommy's staff are great. Oh, the incense they sell, great scents. Nice store.

Pretty disappointed.. I was just over there to buy a pocket knife and the guy denied my services … all because I asked if he sell ski mask.. not for anything even bad tbh.. I just wear them I come from the east coast .. but he must have felt threatened and denied me.. very disappointed.. would never recommend coming back here
