Alyssa the store coordinator and Ben, the General Manager, are TOP NOTCH employees. The most friendly, professional and kind people I have encountered lately in customer service. The world we currently live in, everyone is so angry and uninterested in who is standing in front of them, not these two! The store is set up beautifully and always has such wonderful inventory. Thanks Cortaro T.J. Maxx for being one of the best’s out there!

This store is so messy and dirty. No one acknowledged me like they did 6 months ago. What has changed? Every employee looked unhappy and was rude when I asked questions. It's sad to see a once beautiful store decline. I'd rather go to Ross now.

They get a lot of cool stuff but it’s not shoppable . Glass stacked up and piled on small glass shelves, I am too afraid everything is going to fall and shower me in glass. The candles , lamps , dishes and home decor all displayed like this.

went in there very rude girl talked to me like i was dumb when i mentioned why there hours were not the same as they were on the door and online i went there once to look for something found one i liked went to ross didn't find anything that i like tried to go back and get the one i like and that’s when this occurred i don’t understand why people need to be so rude to others
