Very busy when I arrived to return one item. Line moved quickly and I had a lovely young lady help with my return.
I don't normally go to Broadway location as parking lot can be very busy. All in all good visit.

The employees here used to be very friendly and helpful, but it’s gone way downhill since those times. I tried coming to them in good faith with a mistake that their employees made, and not only were they rude, they tried to penalize me and upcharge me for their mistake. The cashier and manager gave us major attitude for no reason, and I didn’t so much as raise my voice once.

I wanted to share my experiences I have had at the Broadway store. Mario is the person who has been my cashier the last few times. He has given me excellent customer service. He was kind, and very knowledgeable and gave me great suggestions when I asked about the items I purchased. Thank you Mario, nice to have someone who shows what it is to give awesome customer service.
