“Carl is the man. Went to see them because my girlfriend’s tires were horrendous. I already had a tire in mind that I like and Carl was quick to order it and set the appointment with no up-selling bull. Very good prices as well. Service was quick. Gave me a couple recommendations at the end that I had prior knowledge of (oil leak), and sent me on my way. I really like that they aren’t pushy, and I’d definitely trust sending my girlfriend here alone. You guys made a lifer out of me!”

“Went to this shop initially because I got a flat right next to them and they fixed my tire as they were closing with no complaints. Have returned repeatedly for new tires and other services because of the same great service. Everyone is welcoming and honest. Referred my mom there who has a large horse trailer that requires specialized tires. They were able to order quality tires at a good price and get the work done quickly, as well as having enough space to work on a trailer that large.”

“Love this place, everytime I go they don't try to pressure me to get things. If something is wrong then they suggest what to do. Can't beat the price, other places want over $100 for an synthetic oil change.
The only problems I had was one time the person helping me got upset when I told them I had a coupon. I didn't know I was suppose to tell them before hand.
Another was when they didn't ask about tire rotation. During my oil change. I found out I have to mention I want it.”
“I’ve used Big Brand Tire and Service for the past few years. They have performed my car’s regular service maintenance and replaced the starter. I find them reliable and reasonably priced. I’ll check out their tires next year when mine are due to be changed out.”

“Young man at the desk was very helpful. Young man installing my tires that didn't know how to put the center caps definitely needs to do better. Young dude got offended because I tried helping him with the center cap so he knew better for the next time. Here's some advice kid, when some one sees you struggling and tries to give you advice and help take it! Put that pride to the side. You will not have room to grow with that poor attitude.
