I love this location, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I’ve been a tiffany’s collector for 23 years. I can say this location is by far my favorite.. quick turnaround time for items, being serviced, customer service is always very helpful in finding the item I am looking for.

For some reason the past 20,000 times I’ve come at around 5:30pm it’s cute to close the store early even though they say it closes at 7. I’ve been wanting to see a few things in store, but it’s not catered to people who have to come in toward a later time in the evening. So I’m thoroughly annoyed, I’ll keep my business back home in LA and not on business trips in Tucson for my jewelry.

If I could give zero stars I would, one of the most awful shopping experiences ever. Immediately the sales associate was rude and had an attitude, she took one look at my boyfriend and I and assumed we couldn't afford anything in the store. The rings are beautiful but her cheap appearance turned me off from buying from what is supposed to be a high end elegant jeweler.

Lackluster experience and service, came in with a friend and did not feel taken seriously as a customer, I will be choosing my engagement ring elsewhere.

Hours on phone tree not accurate. I called ahead and phone prompt said closes at 7 pm. Arrived at 6:10 pm to find they close at 6:00 pm on Wednesdays.

I have had to bring a bracelet in for repair multiple times now and have never had an issue until today. The doorman, Brandon, was kind upon me and my boyfriend entering. There were multiple employees helping one customer and just chatting, completely ignoring us. After 20 minutes, one employee asked for my name and said she couldn’t find my bracelet and then simply left us to help another customer. Brandon approached us to help and spent another 20 minutes opening new mail, looking through all orders, and proceeded to track my order and find that it wasn’t there. Brandon found out that I received my pickup email early and the bracelet was not there. As he was searching, not a single employee even looked in our direction and only chose to help older customers who appeared much wealthier than us. As young people who were not dressed to the 9’s, we felt disrespected and not cared for despite being paying customers. Brandon went above and beyond to assist us when it wasn’t even his job to do so.

We are in the area for a car show and I was walking our dog through the mall to get her away from the hotel. Tiffany's was the first store to have water out for dogs, and she's never one to drink from a 'public' bowl, but she lapped it up. A very kind gentleman came out and asked if she'd like a treat and gave her several delicious lamb sticks--her favorite. She'd been so stressed from traveling (we'd been driving for days to get here), and from adjusting to the desert compared to grass and lush Northern California trails, that I was surprised that she took treats or let a stranger play with her. I finally relaxed (when my dog is upset, I'm upset.) Now, I'm looking at Tiffany's online offerings so that we can return tomorrow and do a little shopping as a thank you for the kindness the sales associate showed to us.

My husband bought me the infinity bracelet for our 25th wedding anniversary. He gave it to my Friday night. I sat at a band competition on Saturday and when we got back to the hotel it had broke and was gone. $400 and lasted less than 24 hours. When he tried to call, got an automated system. I cannot believe this is the quality and customer service you offer.
