Went to Nissan for service for oil and filter change. Mr. Michael Kreuzer service advisor did an excellent job. All fluids, tire rotation, complementary car wash, used an electronic tablet to check my vehicle for all services needed. Very friendly and knoledgeable. I went in to run number and find a car. Wasn't expecting for Kimson Baker and Anthony Cox to make magic happen. They are so AMAZING!
After 2 and a half hours, I drove off in a brand new car with practically no miles on it. Thoroughbred Nissan...you are definitely part of my family now!!!

Excellent service, I spoke over the phone with Eric and made an appointment. As promised he followed up on my appointment to confirm and we immediately broke the news they could meet the numbers to earn our business. Saving us from a trip to a "maybe". They went above and beyond and offered a very nice car. Same day we walked with the car. Very good experience.

Malfunction notification on my dash of Nissan Rogue, asked them to check it out, they told me it was the transmission, I have a warranty that would cover all but deductible, they upsold me brakes, kept car for 3 days, picked it up after they struggled to not only find my car but my key as well, and paid almost $1400, left lot and within 30 seconds the notification came on again. I drove it back and someone came out to see what I needed. I pointed to the dash and said that is why I brought it in and it is still there; she asked me what I had done and I told her transmission and brakes. She said, "That notification would have nothing to do with the transmission." I was so irritated I drove off. My hood was not closed all the way.
So, to summarize, they lied about what was wrong with it probably just to get paid, I spend days spending money on Lyft so I could get to and from work, another employee admitted it, the problem is still there so they didn't even test drive it after they "fixed" it to see if it was, they didn't secure the hood, and probably fixed brakes that were fine. $1400 and customer complaint dept told me there's nothing they can do and to take it elsewhere.
Added after their response: My point is that you did not attempt to fix the problem at all. Instead you ran codes associated with the engine light, told me it was transmission and that should fix it, then told me it could also be the throttle. After you worked on the transmission, you did not even test drive it to see if it was fixed! ? You just saw an opportunity to take my money and not fix the problem I asked about, and your female coworker confirmed it. I need a real mechanic, I could run codes at O'Reilly's ?
