They were wonderful! We are visiting Tucson and my husband's watch battery died, we got to the store a few minutes early before opening time and they opened for us. Took off the back of the watch and he got a new watch battery. Very friendly staff.

I’ve been to Thigpen twice now for jewelry repair. Always greeted and made to feel welcome! They’ve always done what they can to get my pieces in shape! Thank you!

Bill the owner and staff worked out any issues. Wonderful people to work with. Lots of beautiful items to choose from. Will be back.
Wow! I can't believe it! Next year will be my 50th year in the jewelry business! In 1970, I began with Frederick Fisher Jewelers in downtown Tucson. Fred Fisher gave me some of his Gemological genius and stared my love for gemstones. He was the first Certified Gemologist in Southern Arizona and encouraged me to further my education through the Gemological Institute of America. I received my degree in 1973 but never stopped my thirst for additional education. Circumstance led to the opening of Wm Thigpen Jewelers in 1981. This move showed me that customers trusted me an many of my contacts followed me without asking!
In the year 2000, I was awarded the title of Master Jeweler by the Independent Jewelers Organization. We are here to help you.
