I am having the worst time of my life. My brother just passed away. I have legal paperwork from the court and the lawyer that needed to be notarized last minute. It is filled out exactly as the court directed and lawyer directed me to sign. the woman at the desk (kathy?) is refusing to sign it because she is stating my name is not on the paperwork?? you are supposed to sign your name and relationship, and it is clearly signed. But she simply didn’t want to do it and I don’t know why. I was not rude or impolite in anyway. She literally just flat out refused to do her job and I don’t understand why and I can’t stress the amount of frustration this is putting on me and my family.
Update. I went to a different location across town and they can absolutely not understand what issue she has with the paper. They notarized it without a problem and we’re very apologetic about her behavior

I like dealing directly with UPS rather than through an intermediary, and I’m a dedicated customer of this store. Even when I’ve been rushed, they’ve never let me down and the staff is always pleasant to deal with

Every time I come to this store, Lacey (314448) absolutely gives ? percent effort to asure my packages are prepared and handled with care. Her customer service and care for the customer is top notch. If you need to send anything please give this store and Lacey a chance to exceed your expectations.

I stopped in to drop off Amazon return & saw they do printing……I had tried at 2 different places (unsuccessfully) to print a manual I needed for a project that started 4 days ago….Ive been too busy trying to download, email & print that I haven't even really started my project. Laney took the time to sit & help me print both of them (one of which I had completely given up on) & it was NOT straightforward. She was patient & kind which I appreciated more than usual because I was feeling very technologically dumb at this point.I am very thankful for her help & will return to do more business here.
