Great store with knowledgeable staff and a good selection of running gear and gels. Jeff has helped me several times and was so patient with what must’ve been at least seven pairs of shoes for me to try on today. Always a pleasant experience here.

What a great experience. Lucas was beyond helpful. I ran a 5k in 26 minutes on my new sneakers. Not bad for my mid 50s!Make sure you ask questions. They have a wealth of knowledge.

I had came in before but wasn’t ready to buy and even though I said I wasn’t ready to buy Geoff helped me and showed me some shoes. Today I finally have saved some money to upgrade my running shoes. He showed me and brought out a lot of shoes since I had no idea what I was looking for and was super nice! Thank you Geoff!

I just had the most positive shoe buying experience I’ve had in many, many years. So much so, I will never buy online or from another shoe store again. Geoff greeted me the second I walked in the door and set right to work helping me find the perfect fitting shoe. While patiently waiting for me to try on 4-5 pairs, his customer service skills went into overdrive. We had a fun and heartwarming conversation about animals; he shared anecdotes which resonated with me personally. As a customer, I felt valued. This level of service deserves 5+ stars and I wholeheartedly recommend The Running Shop.

Stopped in to The Running Shop this afternoon with a few random running shoe questions and they were amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and took time to understand my questions and were patient with my lack of knowledge. They told me they didn't want to sell me something I didn't need and the advice they gave me resulted me in not buying anything yet, but there customer service has made them my new local running shoe store. They also gave me some information on local runs coming up.

Fantastic shop with a great selection. The team there is more than capable with helping you find the right fit, no matter the work or event you need it for. They have no issues with special ordering or directing you to other places or products if they can't get what you need. I will absolutely be back here again!

Im new to the running scene and it sucks I feel the need to do this because I had a great first experience shopping here for my first set of trainer shoes and race day shoes with the gentleman that I forgot the name of. Just remember him being taller with glasses. But now I regret doing business there because I literally just got off the phone with some lady to ask about the 5k run tomorrow morning that I just found out about on Thanksgiving day and for whatever reason was super short and rude. Like I said I’m new to the scene so I don’t know much, if anything at all and my intention wasn’t to irritate her with my questions but she gave me the vibe like I was bothering her. Like I stated before she was super short with her answers, absolutely minimal with her help on answering my questions, so I just said a quick thank you and just hung up. Super unfortunate and sucks it has to be right before Thanksgiving to leave this review.
