If I could give ten stars I would. Susan and Karen are amazing. Susan's framing and service is outstanding!! I'm 62 and can't remember the last time I've experienced such fantastic customers service. Pricing is also the best in town.

I had a beautiful poster that was given to me as a gift but had remained rolled up in a closet for several years. A few days ago I took it to The Poster Warehouse to see if I could find a premade frame. Not only did Karen immediately find one with a mat board, reasonably priced, she then proceeded to carefully place and tape it perfectly lined up despite the stubbornly curled up poster. She kindly advised me how to hang it on a plaster wall at my home. This level of customer service is rare today. If you are looking for frames or framing, I highly recommend The Poster Warehouse!

Just had a historic piece of animation custom framed through Poster Warehouse. Susan helped me pick out all the elements of the frame and gave me a lot of tips on what matting would help present it best. The frame was expensive but absolutely worth it to have this piece of history looking museum quality and preserve it for the rest of my life.

The best place to have my favorite artwork framed! Susan has an amazing eye for aesthetic detail. She listens carefully to your needs and works diligently to make the final product perfect.

I came to the store at 4:45PM, try to open the door but it's locked. Yelp says the store is open until 6PM and on the door it says 5PM. I was hoping to see what kind of posters and art they had in stock, but no dice. I'm giving the benefit of the doubt that the store has a decent selection based off other reviews but I have to knock off a couple stars for not being open at their advertised times.

Poster Warehouse did a fabulous job of framing our uniquely sized poster. The staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. They made recommendations that not only made it more affordable, but also more beautiful than we could have imagined. They even provided the hardware anddetailed instructions for hanging when we picked it up. They also have an excellent selection of unique posters and framed prints to suit any taste. We were referred by a friend and would highly recommend them and use them again!

Who would've known there is museum quality fine art mounting and framing service hidden inside a strip-mall poster shop on Broadway? They even have an ozone machine!I’m familiar with this field since 1992 - from arts school, to employment with conservation frame shops, to founding/managing exhibition spaces, to providing curatorial and installation services. I came across the Poster Warehouse and became a customer while supervising a private exhibition in 2022. They are legit!Request Susan, be patient, and be thankful for this terrific and very reasonably priced resource available to Tucson artists, galleries, and curators.

Don’t let first impressions deter you..due to an over abundance of inventory it can seem overwhelming!! But Susan is very knowledgeable and experienced …she rocks!!

This place is awesome. I had no idea what I was doing or what would look good. They were VERY patient and helped with several different options. This place is a bit on the pricy side of things, but you very much get what you pay for. I am so very pleased with the results and would absolutely recommend them.

The owners and the staff are very professional and know exactly how to assist your framing needs. They were able to assist me with a last second project and pulled it off with outstanding results. The quality craftsmanship and framing of the custom piece I've requested surpassed my expectations.

Wow wow wow such sweet people, I had little nicks in my poster, it looks brand new, one of my favorite prints of all time and just came out sooo nice. I’m so glad I decided to go local. Also she said it would be two weeks and it was two days!! Will definitely come back, I am sooo bad at doing this myself.

I had a lovely time at the Poster Warehouse. The shop owners were so kind and hospitable! And they have a great collection of posters, frames and other such things. Big shout out to Bill, who helped me all the way through by searching and sorting for the posters I was looking for. Will definitely be going back sometime!
