Great place! I was one of the youngest people in the class however my back was so bad I was willing to try anything after 6 weeks 2x per week I feel amazing recommend this place for anyone looking for low impact stress free exercise

I have good and bad to say. First the good. The equipment is excellent and the trainers are excellent. Now the Bad. Made up policy to take ones money and not provide service. I paid $320 for a 12 session package of reformer Pilates on Feb. 18, 2020. I started going weekly for 5 weeks and then Cov-Sars-2 started spreading rapidly and then there were lockdowns and closing of restaurants, bars and gyms. At my age with certain conditions the CDC advised me not to go to these places. Out of concern for my health and my family and others, I followed CDC guidance and stayed safe. I got my vaccinations and feel safe to go back. I saw Connie, the owner in January after my 1st shot and said I would like to come back after my second. She told me to call to get scheduled in. I called again later and got no response. I went by and they were closed. I went by again and talked with a couple trainers who told me that it has been too long and I would have to pay again and they would not honor the commitment and provide me my 7 remaining sessions. I was never told when I signed up that there was a time limit and with Covid 19 that should be waved if there even was a limit which there was not. People beware if you go there. If you become ill or laid up for an extended time they will keep your money (rip off). I have $186.67 unused of the $320. I can live without the money but can't live with the principle of it. I got ripped off.

Connie is so kind and gave us a tour of the studio both up and downstairs. She offers a wide variety of classes with flexibility in scheduling!

Connie and her team of trainers are absolutely amazing! I have been doing Mat pilates for years, but have always been curious about machine pilates and some one-on-one instruction. I decided to check out Connie's studio at the recommendation of a close friend and in the short time that I've been doing weekly sessions I have already noticed a huge improvement to my overall health, strength, balance, stamina, etc. It has not only helped me in my overall health and fitness, but in fitness related activities (i.e. cycling, yoga, bootcamp, etc...) and also in everyday life. Adding these pilates sessions has made a significant difference in my overall fitness objectives! Plus, Connie and her team care about their clients and are patient and non-judgmental; yet they push their clientele...but not too far to the risk of injury! Highly recommend Connie and her team of skilled trainers!

Love the barre classes! They're a great work out including for beginners. Very affordable and convenient to have in Vail.
