I went in to purchase a car from them and I noticed the tires were in need of replacement. And the car needed detailed because there was food on the seats. . The salesman said they would get new tires. And would get the detailer to clean the car again.
The salesman, , Josh, was supposed to go over everything with me when I signed the paperwork and picked the car up but he wasn't there.
Long story short , I signed the paperwork and picked up the car anyway, I know that makes me an idiot but I figured everything was ok.
They gave me a box with a mouse pad, coffee mug, a pen, and a lot of other stuff I don't really need.
Well I looked the car over and it looked a little cleaner, and the tires had been replaced so I left.
Well upon closer inspection, the tires were replaced with some "newish" tires, and the food spills in the back were still there.
I know it's not a brand new car, but for $22,000 you would think a new set of tires and a decent detail would not be too much to ask.
Apparently I was wrong.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any car lot. Was convinced that we would have an offer and to put a deposit to hold the vehicle we chose. We sat here waiting for answers for 8 days until they finally gave us the answer they can not help us. They got a rejection on the application and wasred my time screwing around with the situation. Can not say I recommend anyone going here unless they don't expect to get a vehicle for weeks.

The best dealership I have been to I want to thank Erik right when I went in after what had happened to me at another dealership gave me the best attention and helped me get my dream car thank you Erik for your dedication you made us feel like family. Erik so far was the best sales person. Also hammed the manager was great shout out to Erik and hammed they should be running this place!! Great workers and not even great workers but they out there dedication into this job; if I could say my opinion about the other workers I would but don’t have anything to say!! My girlfriend Kendra just bought a car from here and she had a great experience with Joshua and the finance guy Hamed. She had never financed a car before, and they made the experience Stress-free and exciting for her. They were able to offer her an interest rate almost 5% lower than any of the other quote she had gotten across town. She also got several amazing warranties on the car as well! I went in with no expectation of purchasing a vehicle that holiday with my dad. Especially after my of my dealership experiences have been pretty bad in the past. But on 7/4/24 Marco, Roman & Hammed all did an exceptional job with assisting me through what started as a test to a search on the perfect vehicle that fit all my needs. I felt heard, and they showed empathy towards my needs. Servicing , with smiles, laughs & listened to my jokes so called jokes. ? It was a bit of a process start to finish taking almost the entire day, since I test drive about 5 vehicles ?. We found the perfect upgrade for me and my dog.
