Wow thank goodness for this gym! I thought I was going to have to go to a commercial gym until I found this one. It has solid equipment, it’s clean, and the owner and staff are just amazing and incredibly welcoming. I can’t recommend this gym enough!

The gym and working out can be so intimidating! Especially for me, I have struggled with my weight, and eating right. I avoided the gym, I didn't want to feel overwhelmed with where to start and frustrated with what I couldn't do. This year I decided I was ready to make some big changes in my health but I knew I needed extra support, and my wonderful wife took it upon herself to help me with my goals by getting some one in one session with Eric. The session are only 30 minutes but I walk away sore and am surprised at how much we can squeeze into each session. I always really appreciate the positive feedback and encouragement that Eric provides. Definitely a great place with 24 hour access.

I'm so happy I found this place, I recommend this to anyone who needs a place to work out. The gym is clean, the machines and free Weights are in great shape and it's absolutely cost effective.

Nick is an incredible guy! His gym is very nice and he set me up with a free gym try when all other gyms were closed. 10/10 recommended. Also the lat pull down handles are a great variation as give a nice range of motion. Thank you Nick! -Michael

Great gym. 24hr access with keycard. Clean and neat. Quality equipment, even have bar pads and weight belts to use. Present and friendly owner who really cares about the place. Got a membership here for a month while I was in town so no issues with month to month. Would definitely recommend and return when back in town.

Nick is simply put a bully. He has and does bad mouth his employees, is rude and incompetent. He recently bullied a 17yr old young adult who was simply trying to better his life. Not to mention Nick basically kicked this young adult out of the gym as he wasn't working out to Nick's standards. Nick is truly a disgusting person who likes to bully and name call. Did I mention he went out of his way to message me and call me names after defending the young man he insulted. I'm sure his parents are proud smdh. Do better Nick.

Nick, the owner does not work well with young people. He tells them to go find another gym because they are wasting everyone's time. He humiliates them and discourages them. Sad but true, told my daughter her 35.00 will not make or break his gym. Well, you will not break or make my grandson, either.
