Great products my pick up orders are always done on time. When I come to pick up my orders I don’t wait long at all they bring it right out. I’ve always had good interactions with the employees as well. Always friendly and professional.

Target pickup is the best. I always have a great experience with in-store pickup or drive up. I have never had a problem with order accuracy. Sometimes I will come in the store to browse, but I prefer not to. There are not many open check out lanes when I go inside.

Self check put is ridiculously messed up. Thwy installed abuncha selfcheck outs and aure enough they all suck. Count money super slow, it's painful to retrieve the coins being returned and ontop of that the machine charged me twice the first time and left a balance of 1$ the employees comes back resets it and it charges me the full balance of 16. Any ways my bank paid and now im out money. The self check outs are terrible and I know it's not for anti theft purposes.

I love being greeted by two armed guards with references to "god" on their company logo when I'm just trying to buy an oven mitt that looks slightly better than the ones at Wal-Mart.

They have started playing a very creepy and loud 1984 style announcement in the parking lot about it being monitored. I'm all for extra security, and they have tons of that here, but that recording in the parking lot is too much. Big brother is watching you here.
The security guards are a bit over the top too and really give you the stare down when you walk in. Will avoid this location in the future.

Wasn't feeling like this store had the time or patience to direct me to find a simple item location (Pillow cases)
I felt rushed and like it was a bother to ask for help and asking them made me feel like a burden. Also wasn't given back my original sales receipt from my return I had done prior to my quick stop and shop.

A Target employee was pushing a stocking cart down the aisle. He was trying his best to ignore me when I asked where the Dove Soap bars were. He pointed and said 'I think they should be there'. I walked over and didn't see any soap bars. I asked a guest the same question and he said they'd be in the cabinet. Soap bars in locked cabinets? Hmmm. I'll go to one of the dollar stores for my soap. I was reminded why shipping is the best way to acquire items from Target. Nowadays, Target in Tucson is about speakers in parking lots letting people know they're being watched by cameras, law enforcement permanently on premises, not-so-friendly employees and simple things being locked up in cabinets.

If you haven't used the Target pick-up service yet, I encourage you to do it now. You will be happy you did.
I used the app to place my order, notify Target that I was heading their way and then when I arrived. Within minutes a Target employee was at my car with my purchases. I love the ease and time-saving aspects of Target pick-up!
