Excellent customer service. Hit a snag over delivery. They solved this issue quickly, went above my expectations, and then even over delivered on a replacement. Couldn't ask for more. Will use them for my future purchases and you should too!

What a place! I walked in just expecting to look at the refrigerators, however, this store has everything it's a discount store see all the photos I took of all the kinds of things you can get Ryobi tools, light fixtures, comforter sets, electrical like Jay boxes plumbing, wireless big boomboxes, I was wonderfully overwhelmed.. I plan on going back until I see everything in that store!!

Bunch of thieves! Do not go there, my dad paid $1300 for set of washer and dryer and washer broke 3 days after. Dryer lasted 2 weeks. We went there and they threatened my elderly dad with physical violence!

The people there were very helpful and even stayed after closing to help me get my appliance purchased. They were wonderful and went above and beyond! One of the gals even looked up all the specs on her phone and handed me the phone to let me scroll through and see everything. I tried to take a picture and my phone wasn't cooperating so she text the page to me. Again, above and beyond service. I'll update if there are any issues or I don't stand by this review. They had a very small town and small family atmosphere feeling to the business. So I doubt they're going to be any issues.

Got a great deal on my refrigerator a year ago and been back often since. Love the selection and prices. Lots of good stuff to look through. It's a treasure hunt. I love Tamayos. I've bought a lot items and never had a problem with anything.

I bought a fridge 5 years ago, warranty was very short, we had about 4 or 5 technicians coming in the course of 4 years. Compressor eventually died. I tried to have them come again, but they are not answering my calls (I went to the store twice to take an appointment, it is very far away from my house), but each time, they said the technicians are not there so I have to call, but I saw them look at their phones to check the numbers before answering, they are just not answering me. They had estimated over the phone that it was the compressor without coming to check, then they priced it over the phone. I talked to Marlene or Marilyn at the store who seemed surprised I had not had it checked and was quoted over the phone. Natalie called me once, but this was two weeks ago then no one is answering my calls. I had my husband call from his phone, they answered but all of a sudden, they said we had to pay 300 ahead of time so they would come. I understand they do not want to help us. When I first bought the fridge, I found them very nice and helpful. The business has changed. The product was not a good product. The service , is not a good service. Responsiveness is null. They had multiple chances to help me, they denied it.

Purchased a refurbished a washer and dryer. Matched set of Maytag. Excellent quality and affordable price. Great selection with a 90 day warranty and they delivered and installed. Excellent experience and great customer service.

Our washer went out and we needed one ASAP. We read the reviews and decided to go with this company. Purchased a washer installed it did a small load to test it out. We immediately heard heard a grindy noise that just wasn't right. We took it back with within the 2 hours of buying it. We asked for our money back and there was a 20% charge to bring it back. Which I feel was not right but I guess just their policy we did get the rest of our money back. But to say they stated they check all of their merchandise to make sure it works. I'm not sure if we just had a bad luck and they didn't check that 1 whatever the reason did not have a good experience wasted time and money ended up going to go to
