I work next door to this store. I have seen them yell at and mock elderly clients while kicking them out. They are extremely rude to everyone. We have to deal with their loud music all day because they don't think about those around them. I wouldn't go to their store even though I have T-Mobile as a carrier and they're next door.

Came in to trade phone in after coming from another store that didn’t have the one I wanted and showing this store had phone in stock. Employee proceeded to tell me the pricing the previous store had quoted me was inaccurate and insurance on the phone would be mandatory for the first 4 months despite previous phone upgrades never requiring it. After all that employee proceeded to say he could not sell us the phone as it would take too long to set it up and the store was closing in an hour. Ended up going to a third store and they thankfully took care of me and I walked out the door with my phone in 45 mins with the pricing the first store quoted me and no mandatory insurance.

Staff is inattentive. Was told the system was down for a screen protector replacement but same POS system works if you’re adding lines. Staff had screen protectors in stock but told me to go to a corporate store instead. Don’t take your business here, there’s plenty of other T-Mobile’s in Tucson

Most of the answers you seem to get from these stores seem to be you gotta call 611 to deal with that. Not very helpful unless they're milking your wallet on a new phone and everything that goes with it.You go in to try to track a lost phone and the only answer you get is "We're not allowed to do that!" I wish the freebie government phones were actually Any good, I'd switch to one of those but you can't use them for games or other apps They only do calls and texts.

Went to see about upgrading new phone that I purchased online and they told me I couldn't do it at that location, but . She was very rude horrible customer service and perhaps racist.

Went in to have my old phone data switched to a new phone that I had sent to me from Sprint. The young lady that helped me was very informative on letting me know I needed to add more memory to my phone, so I went ahead and purchased the memory and a phone cover, she stated it would take no more than 20 minutes to complete, left a half hour, came back nothing! I waited for an hour, she then told me that it would take another 30 minutes to complete. I am not sure what is going on with this store but for me to have to experience this kind of customer service without being told what the real problem is is very frustrating. I left my phone. I will pick up in the morning. The young lady was switching my sim card from my old to new phone back and forth. I am not sure if the data will even be usable anymore? I may have to just do a complete reset hoping that it gets done right. I think my advice is that yes they are young but should not be laughing and joking while customers are waiting. They should be keeping customers informed. I had no time. I had hoped this would get done faster. When I left the store the associate stated it takes hours to do a data transfer from an old phone to a new phone...hum she had just told me an hour and half ago it would take 20 minutes? I will never come back to this store for any service. The workers are not customer oriented!
