I went to the car wash at approximately 3:00 in the afternoon on the date I am posting this review. A young male who works there was having a lengthy conversation with another male in a Surf Thru Truck, while this conversation took place they blocked the lane to pay and enter for several minutes. They were both aware that I was waiting as well as another car behind me for a wash. Eventually, another employee came out and directed us to the express lane. This seems like poor customer service and I have decided to have my car washed elsewhere. Also, my car was left with water spots. Unacceptable.

All good but it's never enough towels in the interior cleaning area. Is it so hard to do something with that? (( Considering that the car is wet every time after washing.

Not a very good wash. Paid $13 and my windshield was still completely covered with dead bug splatter. On the plus side, you get to use their vacuums and that area was nice and clean and the rags were brand new. But the fact that I had to manually wash my car after the car wash was a big downside.

Surf thru is dangerous! Equipment failure with the air compressor hose nozzle came off while using it. Hitting my wife in the head and knee
The coil was whipping around uncontrollably and hit both our vehicle and a customer next to us causing damage and dents and paint chips
We filed a report on site
Waited 2 weeks and no response from.corporate
Finally I called them and they called back
Both Chris Cervantes and Burke Gill stated its our fault for their equipment failure .
We will be proceeding with filing city complaints, bbb,court proceedings for injury and damages

All should be held accountable for gross neglect of their properties
Most notably the surf thru located off grant St in tucson

Like the fact that there are available towels to clean and dry your vehicle, the wait was fast and efficient.

Well they raised their prices for a regular car wash from 7 to 10. Also most of the vacuums barely work so I think I will no longer come here. Sorry. Nice view though.

I was a little disappointed that they no longer scrub your front and back area of your car. But otherwise service is good

I paid $35 a month for five car washes and vacuum. Also, the facilities are always clean. Very convenient.

Disappointed that they didn't have the two people with the brushes doing the first pass at bugs before you went through the car wash.
