The entire passenger side of my car didn't get rinsed! I drove straight home from the car wash and didn't see it till I got out. And everything on that half of the car was drenched in dried bluish soap it was disgusting. I was denied a refund.

The monthly membership makes keeping your car clean and, especially here in Tucson, cool! I drive in with the car thermometer saying it's 112° and drive out with the AC blasting cold air and the thermometer saying it's 85°.
Gets yer car nice and clean and free vacuums and microfiber cloths to detail your interior.

I go at least once a week. Facilities are always available and working well. It's a clean place to clean your car.

I have a monthly membership and it is wonderful. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. Mya at the Patano location is a prime example of good customer service. She remembers you and is always friendly and cheerful. Great job Surf Thru and Mya.

Seems like every 6mo they raise their prices. Not worth a membership but one of the better automatic car washes in town.

Very nice cashier, terrible wash. I have never been there I hopped in to grab an exterior wash. When was was complete I did not have the time to get out and inspect I went home exactly 1.2 miles..... highest speed limit was 30. This is what I seen upon exiting my vehicle at home.........photos

This place is a joke and so is the Hispanic guy with the long pony tail. I came to vacuum my car, drove right through and not a sign in sight saying vacuums were not free. I vacuumed my entire car and this dude comes up and asks if I’m a member. When i replied no, he said i needed to go through the wash or pay $2 to use the vacuum.. i was GOING TO take my car through the wash after he asked me but then the dude began pestering me and telling me i needed to leave. Like excuse me????? This is how we do business? Lmao no way will i ever consider getting a membership for vacuums that literally don’t suck and for an employee to treat people like that. That guy needs a reality check and training on how to speak with people. Had he not pressed me repeatedly and rudely to go get my car washed i would’ve done just that the first time he asked. Everyone i know will know not to come to this car wash. What a joke.

I have been trying to get the manager to call me back for at least 6 months to stop the automatic withdrawals from my account as I no longer have a vehicle and for 6 months a manager cannot call me back and instead of the 17.95 I agreed for them to take out and it was supposed to cancel after the second month they're now taking out 32.95. What a bunch of ripoff artists

I was initially conflicted about this review but the more i processed my experience the more convinced I am its needed. I have been a member of this carwash business for 2 years now. In the past the vacuums seem to not always work well, and the employees vary. The attendant working the front today was mouthy and brusque. He didn't ask me what car scent I wanted and simply handed me whatever he picked out. I like the manager a-lot he is always polite and friendly. I do like how the space is garbage free. Im glad they have started spraying the cars with soapy water again. They are providing window washer fluid which is great! ?

My car looks worse now than it did before I went through the car wash. Never going to this location again. I'll stick to my regular on Old Vail.
