I had been going to this location for a couple of years about 3 to 4 times a year for a cut. My hair is pretty basic long hair that I cut just to keep healthy. No real problems outside of occasional wait times until a couple weeks back I had my hair done by a woman name ximena who immediately seemed annoyed to cut my hair. I explained I just wanted it cut the way it is which is basically just an inch or two off up to her based on how much needed to go fir the dry ends. My hair is almost to my waist. People usually have me stand ti cut it. She had me sit and complained about my hair the whole time. I just kind of giggled out of discomfort and wanted to just get through it. She cut the front of my hair so significantly shorter than the back it looked ridiculous. I ended up going elsewhere 2 days later to get it fixed. Thankfully they were able to but my hair is about 6 inches shorter because of it. Like why did she even cut the front so short I didn't ask for layers. She had oddly short bangs so maybe her perception of proper hair lengths is distorted idk but never will I return I was sooo incredibly upset and lost 6 inches of hair to have it fixed. I wish I had the courage to tell her how bad the experience was and how badly she cut my hair. But I tipped and left. Ugh

This was the best haircut I've had in years for half the price I normally pay. Kay Gee was the stylist and she took time to listen to what I wanted and it was just a perfect haircut. I'm older and my hair is thick and wavy and other stylists have had difficulty cutting it. Anyway I'll be back she was great.
