I had to wait 40 minutes past my reservation time to get to the hair cutting chair. The woman cutting my hair is good. She was very apologetic about the long wait, even though I had a reservation.
The reservation system is actually counterproductive. Just makes me want to look for someplace else.

The sign in online thing its absolute trash here. Its the same every time, why bother checking in when its ALWAYS a wait. The purple hair stylist is rude and not at all trying to be prompt at all.. I will not be back until she is no longer here. Im guessing a few weeks. Horrible service at this location. Very disappointing.
