I have been going to this Supercuts for almost a year, and the quality of my haircut varies. So that's about 10 visits for haircuts . Sometimes the haircut a Is great and sometimes it just average. Some stylists have a good personality like Robert. He did a great job, took his time and was actually interested in conversing with me. Toni was great and also was interesting, paid attention to my requests, and answered my concerns. Three of the other ladies who cut my hair were horrible. They wouldn't answer my questions or comments. Who wants to get a haircut from a stylist where the customer is ignored. Maybe they had a bad day or several bad days. I always leave a good tip, but that may change especially when the stylist is sullen and rude. Perhaps I should start scheduling my appointments on days when Robert and Toni are working. I think that's a good plan. Then I won't be disappointed. So my recommdation for this Supercuts is "Hit and Miss." The store was so much better about a year ago when it first opened.

I checked in online right before I left my house. I had just enough time to get a haircut before having to go to work. I show up at my scheduled time, 9am, and the door is still locked and it looks dark inside with no workers. I tried calling to see if maybe they were in the back and nothing. It is now 9:10 and still no one. If y’all are gonna have an option to check in for a certain time, at least have people available at that time or have a sign at the door that you’ll be closed that dayUpdate - I understand things happen but as someone in the customer service industry, I know reviews are actually looked at by corporate, which is why I left this one.But I am really happy with the response from them in such a short time and I'm thankful they wanted to make it right. Definitely will return ?

l'll never go back to this Supercuts. I went, because I was having work pictures done the next day and my hair had grown out. I couldn't get in with my regular stylist, so I thought I'd go to Supercuts for a simple trim. Wrong. I tried to explain what I wanted and had a ton of my own pictures of how short my hair was before. I also knew she wasn't going to get it exactly how it was before. But the girl acted like she didn't understand at all. She kept asking me what I wanted from her. She also kept arguing and pointing out things that were irrelevant. For example, I said my hair had grown out and my stylist had said that happens in about six weeks and she argued that it was actually three weeks. Who cares? I already knew my hair had grown out. I've never had an experience like this. I should have gone with my gut and walked out before she did anything but I didn't. Bottom line my hair looks horrible. The back doesn't sit right. I did point this out and she said there was nothing she could do. She shaved part of the back to shorten it but missed out a few pieces. My husband pointed out that I was had patches of hair left where she shaved. He also heard her arguing and told me I shouldve just walked out. Also, I hadn't had time to wash my hair that day and had booked a shampoo & cut, but didn't receive the shampoo either.

I have been coming to this place for over 9 months always wash and braid. this morning I come in I was told they are going to charge me for my braid. None of the other gals do. I always tip well for their service. so, I ask this gal if she had a rubber band, she said no it was on her next order. I asked if I was going to pay for my braid what was she going to use. No comment from her. I don't like being lied too. This is the first time I have never tipped for someone's service. I highly don't Recommend Bernadette.
