I never really leave reviews however Alexis there at Supercuts was absolutely terrific. She asked thorough questions about what was I needing since I was pretty clueless about what I wanted. She was very quick with the cut which is always a plus. She gave me great advise on styling post haircut. On top of that she was extremely professional and a great conversationalist. Would go back now. 10/10 best haircut I have had in years too. She knew exactly what to do.

Big shout out to Rhys for another spectacular haircut. She's cut my hair numerous times over the past year and every single time I leave the salon, I feel like a princess. Rhys takes the time to listen to what you want, asks questions to clarify, and invites feedback during the haircut itself. I always look forward to seeing her because she is so talented and skilled, patient and kind, and a great conversationalist. I wish I could rate this post with a gazillion stars instead of five.

I walked in the door and the woman there was not friendly, she did not greet me. She barked ‘what’s your name?’ I was a bit taken aback by her attitude so I slightly hesitated but before I could answer she looked at me for the first time and said more loudly ‘what’s your name?’ I told he never mind I don’t want you to cut my hair, to which she curtly replied, ‘FINE’. I walked out. I’ll never visit Supercuts again.

This salon is incredibly unprofessional. Usually the average haircut time for me is within 30 minutes. This was barely 10 minutes. The lady who cut my hair didn't prop my chair, didn't tie the white paper around my neck. She threw on the cloth and I had to unravel it myself because it was all twisted. Unraveling it myself isn't that bad but with everything else, it just made it look worse for her. I show her a photo of what I want and she said "yeah so just clean it up then" in a sarcastic tone because my hair was incredibly messy and I believe she thought I was poor or something. She put no effort into my hair cut and didn't even know I had scheduled a wash and cut. And when she put gel in my hair I asked if she could part my hair and she told me to do it myself. Also just to add, the entire haircut (10-12) minutes there was absolutely no words that came from her mouth. Never coming back, and in all honesty this place was a wake up call for me to start going back to my barber which is THE SAME PRICE and makes my hair look incredibly professional and clean. Complete opposite for this place. Garbage.
