I came here 2 months ago. The girl searched my daughter’s head and then came back and told me my daughter had lice. So we went home and treated her (twice- 7 days apart as we’re supposed to). Two months later I come in again and the same thing. It’s as if they just don’t want my business. Which is fine! I’ll take it elsewhere! My daughter does NOT have lice right now. She’s had haircuts other places in the meantime who didn’t report lice. Thanks for making my kid cry all afternoon.

We have been coming here for a few years. Live right across the street and send my kids with money all the time to go get the haircut they want. Walked in tonight with my son, who is almost 17, and asked to pay because I was about to go take a work call in my car while he waited and got a haircut. The lady told me I could not leave the building per their policy! This is actually the 1st time I walked in there with this particular child. What about the 10 other times he's come alone, by himself to get a haircut??? That rule didn't apply then. Both of my kids have loved the ladies who have cut their hair there, thus the reason for 2 stars. Not fair the whole store has to suffer for 1 person. If he was like 10, I get it, but almost 17 and coming himself for years.. give me a break! ??? Went somewhere else, and they did great, AND I got to go take my work call in my car.

Service is ok. I just found out recently that they've been charging me adult prices for what should have been kids cuts for over a year now. Watch out for that.

I got a cut as did my son with walk-in apts and we were both seen right away. The actual haircuts, both by separate stylists, both turned out ideal.My stylist, Vanessa, was charismatic, very helpful in providing information based recommendations when I asked, and did a great job with the cut itself.My son's hairdresser was extremely informative both during the cut and after- she even gave me the exact clipper sizes and spots, lengths used to achieve the ideal cut for him. He has 2 cowlicks that are always a pain to tame before school, and I hate when his dad shaves way too close to the skin..so she told me exactly what to ask for next time my son needs a trim. For that info, I was incredibly grateful as nobody has ever educated me on different clipper sizes, I won't annoy the next stylist with having to keep changing my initial responses regarding how short, trimmed or shaved, and where.I did apologize at the end of his cut to her for not having already known and was ignored after asking if this type of uninformed situation occurs a lot or if it was just me which was not professional or understanding whatsoever.Lack of understanding for a mother trying to do her best without having gone to beauty school is the only reason my review wasn't 5 stars.

They said they could cut curly hair but did such a terrible job my hair is uneven when it's straight and when it's my natural curl when they combed they were ripping out my hair and told me to straighten it next time I come in proving to me they can't cut curly hair they put in hair products that dried out my hair and gave me split ends with how much they ripped out my hair never coming here again unless you get an African American hair stylistServices: Curly hair

My hubby gets buzz cuts so doesn't take long, but at this supercuts it took over 40 min and 22$ for a haircut and I still had to trim his neck and ears!! Won't b coming back here!!

Terrible Service. Rushed haircut, literally was in the chair for less than 5 minutes. Paid for my "haircut" and left, I should know not to stray from my barber but I was in a hurry. Charges the same as my regular place but with 10% of the effort.
