Don’t bank here. There is only two branches. Their bank doesn’t work with plaid so I could never link up my Venmo and had difficulty with other accounts.They charged me 4 overdraft fees while I was in the hospital having a baby. I deposited cash as soon as I could when we got out. They weren’t caring enough to refund some of the fees. I understand they can’t refund all of them but I had never had a fee before that time. We are switching to an online bank that doesn’t charge fees when we make a mistake.

Applied for an auto loan. Anita was very caring and provided great advice/customer service. I will definitely be coming back when the time is right.

Worst service ever. The teller did not greet me nor anyone else that worked in this particular credit union. Instead I was welcomed with a judgemental look because I was wearing sweats. The tellers tone and attitude was rude and signaled that I was a nuisance. Everyone should be treated courteous regardless of their appearance. Bank or credit union employees are the first point of contact. They should establish an atmosphere of trust and care. This credit union failed to do so, therefore I did not feel I should open an account at this credit union and entrust them with my money.

Literally the worst bank I have ever done business with. If you are unfortunate enough to be forced to do business here or bank here, avoid the Speedway location in Tucson. Anita is a pretentious and condescending employee who will immediately talk about customers as soon as they walk out of the branch. The branch manager does nothing to attempt to discourage this behavior, he simply shelters himself in his glass office and conveniently remains unaware of anything happening. Anita is the prime example of acting out of her pay grade and the definition of having a superiority complex.If you have any problems with fraud, they will not contact you at all with suspicious charges. All charges will be cleared and processed regardless of how quickly you notice and report them. Provisional credits are not a thing for this bank and neither is working quickly to get your money back. 2 weeks is the time frame, incase you are wondering. No added concern or priority is placed either. Just Anita and her attitude to make things more complicated. If you have a question, the bank tellers will answer each other on how to fix the problem, but not address you. They will however get upset if you ask them to speak directly to you.Your only chance at decent customer service with this bank, especially this location is if you are lucky enough to have Sam as your teller.

Lita, at the Campbell office, was so polite and professional as well as friendly I immediately felt comfortable with SunWest CU. I decided to transfer my car loan from another credit union because of the lower interest rate and the highest satisfaction rating of all Tucson credit unions (yes, I checked). I went to the Speedway location which is closer to me. Anita was also professional, polite and friendly and made the process painless. While doing paperwork for the car loan I noted the employees greeted customers by name. Their interest rate for a loan to pay off my credit cards was also lower than what I am currently paying so I transferred that debt also. I am completely 100% satisfied with this decision and I am very pleased I contacted them.

I thought I would take a second and give a shout out to this bank. Every time that I have had to go to this bank, the experience has been amazing. Great customer service. Anita always says "hello", which is something that is missing at other banks. Highly recommend.

I have had a good experience so far with SunWest. I spoke to a CSR on the phone yesterday & today Christie helped me with opening an account since I am new to Tucson. It only took about 15 min & she did a great job answering my questions & explaining their products. Thank you.

My husband and I have been with SunWest for a little over 7 years. We have not had any issues and the staff is wonderful. We went to the Prince and Campbell for a long time but the last couple of years we've been to the speedway location because We moved. Both locations are excellent. Everyone is so friendly and they always remember my name and spoil my boys.

My husband and I refinanced our home earlier this year and had the pleasure of working with Veronica B. Doe here in Tucson. Veronica is professional, highly informative and what I appreciated most is that she explained in detail, and helped us close our refi quickly a hair under the 30 days. I also must mention that she accommodated us in our very last minute request to cash out and I was blown away at her commitment level to ensure a smooth and satisfying process to the very end.
