Buying or selling = stress. Very high stakes game. Market knowledge and diplomacy required, ability to work with other agents, etc. Add the millions of mundane but critical issues - repairs, contractors, who to call, how to get them out pronto. Sue has seen it all, makes it all work, has a huge rolodex of vendors who leap to the rescue. Few agents are worth their commission - Sue is worth double.

First of all, Sue is exceptionally friendly and her team is efficient and professional. Top realtor I have ever worked with. Sue helped me find my first home years ago and made the process clear and comfortable for all involved. Sue made the experience so wonderful that when it became time to sell the home, she was the first and only real estate agent I called. I don't think I can adequately convey what an excellent real estate agent Sue Brooks is. Besides being the most knowledgeable, professional agent we have ever worked with, Sue was so patient and kind to us. She felt like family. Sue is an excellent negotiator and creative problem solver with tons of contacts.We lived out of state and for two years looked on and off in Tucson for a house. Sue was always available when we called to tell her we were going to be in town for a few days and "could we look at houses?". In the end we sold our home in Washington, came to Tucson, and Sue met us running with action packed showings the first week we arrived here. Sue found us the perfect house in week 2, with a house that just went on the market. Sue got us in as the first to see it. Sue was on top of things every step of the buying process.We will always recommend Sue Brooks as she is the BEST!

We have used Sue to sell two homes and buy one. Her dedication to her clients is superb; I have never met someone who is so committed to their job. We have two children and many pets, and with that comes unplanned issues and many questions and needed support; she never failed us. She was always there to answer texts, phone calls, and make unexpected house calls. If I could take her with us to help with the next home I would. Even after selling and buying, she was a phone call away when I needed a referral or had questions about the home we purchased. She’s extremely knowledgeable in realty, but also, all things that come with owning a new home. She’s absolutely incredible.

Having to quickly sell my mother's house after she went to assisted living was a traumatic experience for everyone involved. Sue and her assistants helped immensely through attention to detail, providing contacts to help with disposal of household possessions and preparing the house for sale, and keeping us informed of what was happening. I highly recommend her.

Sue made the home buying process as easy as possible. This is the third home we have bought in recent years, and although this is the first time we were buying out of state, it was the best experience! Sue got to know what we wanted and did extensive research to suggest the best price to offer. Because of the pandemic and time constraints, we did most of the process virtually. We made an offer on one house that fell through because the seller pulled out. The same day she was calling us saying she found the perfect house! The following day she went to see the house and showed it to us virtually. It ended up being perfect for our needs. Sue was there for us the whole way and genuinely cared about us and what we wanted. When we sell this house, we will defiantly be using Sue. Can't recommend her enough.
