I went yesterday with bowling buddy, John to have our new balls fitted & drilled.We had Vic take care of us. We were both throughly impressed with his knowledge & attention to detail. It took approximately 45min each ball. Will update after we try them. I see why they ONLY have 5 star reviews!! Very happy
