I bought a shelf from here in June and had it set to get delivered a week later. We ended up missing the initial delivery and had to make another appointment. On the new delivery date, we called only to find out that the delivery hadn’t been rescheduled whatsoever, so we had to coordinate for a third time. We ended up waiting another ~2weeks to finally receive it. In total, we waited just over a month for one item. Not a very pleasant experience.

I tried to donate but they don't accept donations after 4PM despite closing at 5PM. I was told to come back on Monday. Goodwill accepts donations until closing, which is 8PM on Saturdays. Goodwill got a very nice Nishiki mountain bike, among the other things that would've gone to St. Vincent de Paul.

Awesome thrift store on top of the very fair prices they had 30%off today got 10 items of clothing for $13 cannot beat that and the staff is very kind as well

They are awesome at the pima location well I guess you have to have the right cashier... but they have blessed me with shoes one rainy day when I got soaked and helped with some stuff needed for my daughter for school so I would say they try to the best of there abilities sometimes a quick no or redness comes but I am homeless and get visits with my daughter and sometimes she says she needs something the cashier always seems to be kind hearted except for the couple of men a few times... just saying....

I shop here every Monday for the 50% off sale. Today I found a few things and one item was not priced so, I asked the clerk for pricing. After a half hour or so, I asked if someone had a price yet. I was told it had to be “processed”. I am in all the time and have never had to wait for pricing. After two more attempts at getting a price, I was told it would probably be a day or so. What? This was just a little figurine. One of the employees told me the person doing the pricing wanted to keep it and purchase it themselves. Hopefully, management will see this and fix this. I was told it happens. Shamefull.

Went to the Thrift Store that is in a strip mall. It was packed with stuff. Much was clothing. There was some furniture and household items, books, toys etc. you could easily find the area with the things you are looking for. The books were separated by subject. It was easy to move about the store to look at things. Prices were good

I left my water bottle Saturday, they were closed Sunday, and we called today and staff admitted to seeing it, then said they "threw it away". A hydrapeak roadster in a limited edition colorway that retails for more than $50. This business is unChristian and staffed by petty thieves. They're also dingy and disorganized, which I normally wouldn't bother reviewing, but considering the circumstances it seems a complete picture is warranted.

Offered lightly used sofa, no blemishes, no rips/tears/worn spots. Scheduled first available pickup 9 days out and waited for them during entire 3-hour period quoted. Driver refused to take it!!! Said only "condition". Wasted my time waiting. 180 degrees away from "serving our needy community" as they quote in mission statement. Many people would like to have this sofa--so silly to turn good stuff away at the whim of inexperienced driver.
