Very disappointed. It’s been 3 months and I think it will take close to a year to get it even. I still have areas in the back that are off by 3 inches. It was a recut of a botched first cut. (Same salon, different stylist) I went in with beautiful long hair and now have this dreadful short haircut - I didn’t want short, only shorter. I was very clear, brought pictures, etc. Color was not a great match and there were spots she missed. Both were good at styling/blow drying, as it looked good when I left. The pedicure was good, but the chair was broken and uncomfortable. The real problem was one stylist did the opposite of what I wanted, and the second one chopped it up. I am still down over the mess.

I had a perm done by Rose. She is very professional but easy and fun to talk to. I would recommend Rose at Flawless. She is excellent at what she does. Take a chance on her. You won’t be disappointed.
Stylist: Rose is excellent at what she does and easy to talk to. She is also fun which makes the time go by quicker. That is important when you are getting a perm.Take a chance on her. You’ll just love Rose

Rose did my hair fir the first time in years and absolutely love it. She was patient and kind. Emerald did my daughters eyebrows and she looks 10 years younger. These ladies are so friendly and the prices great.

I am 50 and have never been to a real salon. I've had barber and my momma do it or myself. Today something had me go to a salon. Google picked this place. I am 100% happy it did. Got lucky because the stylist had a cancelation so I was right in. Her name was Rose and she was such a sweetheart and helped me figure out what I wanted to do. This is it. Already have a follow up apt lol

If you’re getting hair color definitely ask for Rose. Shes an artist in many different ways so color theory is something she understands and executes very well. She’s very meticulous and will ask you questions to make sure everything is crystal clear. The best part is how kind she is. You never want someone with negative energy dealing with the most precious part of your body. So happy to have found someone who knows how to deal with curly hair because it can be VERY difficult to find someone in the Tucson desert who knows what they are doing with kinky, curly hair.

Rose at flawless is amazing! I have gotten my haircut by her several times now in the past couple years and every single time She does an amazing job. She is very attentive to detail and loves to make her clients leave Happy and looking amazing. I would recommend Rose to Anyone and everyone. GO TO ROSE!! She will never disappoint.

If you’re looking for the best hair stylist, rose (Ig: @beautybyricanrose) is your girl. She did a money piece on me and I couldn’t be more happy with her work. She managed to bleach it and get it to the bright orange I wanted. (If you know about bleaching black hair it ain’t easy). Even though being an amazing hair stylist is one of her amazing skills it’s not the only skill she has so be sure to book with her other services too (wax and brow laminations)

I moved away from Tucson about a year ago, but Rose has left a memorable impression on me that I am certain will last me a lifetime. She used to dye, cut, and style my hair as well give me brazilian and brow waxes. She is very attentive to all detail and is one of the most passionate cosmetologists I have ever been serviced by. She started off every hair appointment with me discussing the goals for my hair for the day and then would mix the color. I always felt like I could talk to her about what was going on on my life and she always appeared to be very engaged during our conversations. My favorite part every time was when we would go to the shampoo bowl and while using the best products (Oribe at the time, and hopefully they still use these) she would always give me a temple message while shampooing my hair. I always left the chair feeling 10x more attractive and happier. Rose, if you’re reading this I miss you so much but I am happy to see that you are growing more in your craft each day and I am absolutely certain your clients and coworkers see you as a valuable member of the Flawless salon. ?
