“Fleet Feet carries a wide range of shoes for every walk of life that want to stay active. Carrie, ou expert attendant, not only was excellent, but professional, personable and patient as for an hour or more with my unique inserts and special needs found exactly the right shoes for me. For the first time in years I am walking normal and comfortably. Being 80 this year and having been a runner, biker and hiker I felt like I needed an extra boost to be able to at least bike and hike comfortably. Now I will be able to do so thanks to her expertise and care always listening closely to each nuance of my describtion of how each shoe felt. On a scale of 1-10 I would give her a 100. I have bought shoes for my son in Texas for years from this store, enabling him to work and run comfortably even though having plantar fasciitis. Thanks Again Fleetfeet and especially Carrie.”

“We purchased 2 new bowling balls from Cory and he said he would have them in by Thursday. On Thursday he called to let us the balls had arrived. We went on Saturday and Butch drilled them for us. Both were very helpful to be sure we’re all setup. Best customer service one could ask for. Will go back for any needed bowling equipment.”

I recently purchased a row machine at a different location and upon opening it, an important piece was missing. I called the manufacturer and went through a whole big hassle which led the manager at the other store to offer me a straight up exchange. They did not have any in stock and called this location, where there was one more. Gabe was kind enough to hold it for me for a day. Upon my arrival, Gabe and Noah were extremely helpful, professional and showed their genuine interest in helping me. Noah is a rockstar who didn't hesitate to assist me with getting the row machine unloaded and then loading the new one into my vehicle. Gabe apologized for the experience and I insisted that he didn't have to apologize, Big 5 showed why I'll always be loyal to them over any other sporting good stores. The people that are hired are always genuine, insightful and just down to earth. Thank you Noah and Gabe!”
“Background: we went to the other location and another store... told both those places we were looking to purchase a brand new set of irons. Neither location were willing to give us the time of day. Very frustrating to be willing to spend a pretty penny on clubs, with no one willing to give the time of day.John at this location not only helped us, got us completely set up on a new set of clubs and bent correctly... but he also assisted numerous other customers during the time he helped us and made everyone feel well cared for. The customer service here is always fantastic and everyone is very knowledgeable”
