Terrible experience. The first time I decided to take my new Troke to a car wash and they exchanged my new mats for an older model, two hours later when I realized I went to ask for mine (in a very good way) and of course it was they denied. The ones I found broken were on one side, please, who is going to believe that they were mats that had been used for 4 months. What makes me most angry is that they thought that because I was a woman I wouldn't notice.

Went there on a friday asked for a $40 wash there person who assisted me was very nice and friendly but i was charged $50 instead of the $40 for the platinum wash and they missed so many spots i had to wash truck all over the same day the inside was barely wipped down and the outside had like a oil residue like they used really dirty rags to dry it.

This place is very convenient for me, however the customer service, Punctuality, and their experience in washing cars is just NOT there. If your looking for a basic wash and have the time to spare this is the place. As far as details go, this ain’t it !Service: Auto detailing

Employees were rude and were over charging for tint , when asked on how they got to the amount the employee just shrugged . Very Unprofessional place I do not recommend

We usually don't detail our cars, but they were highly recommended to us by a friend who is a business owner and he takes his work trucks there for washes only. We bought this used car and we wanted it detailed, so we took it there. All the AC vents were still dirty and they seemed like they used the same rugs that that were used for the dash to clean the windows and they left them oily/greasy to tuch. I feel that if the year or make of your car doesn't show money they don't put a lot of effortService: Auto detailing
