Carlos did an outstanding job with the purchase of our 20 foot high cube conex box. We had some specifics in mind for the container and he met each and every requirement. He's very professional and friendly. We went completely through the container inside and out and we were thoroughly pleased with our purchase. When it arrived at our site, Wayne the driver, did a fantastic job of placing the container exactly (and I mean exactly) where we wanted it. It was a pleasure to do business with this team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a shipping container.

I was super-impressed with Southwest Mobile Storage. I stopped by their office on Tuesday and had a 20 ft container delivered by Thursday of the same week to a rural, difficult to access site. Strongly recommend!

Carlos did an outstanding job when we purchased our 20 foot high cube conex box. He's very professional and friendly. We had some specifics in mind for the container. Carlos spent the next few months looking for the exact one we were interested in. When he found one he called us and we went and inspected it. it was just what we wanted. We completely went through the container inside and out and were thoroughly pleased with our purchase. I've had rented with Southwest mobile storage for many years. They have worked with me throughout the years I'm making sure that my storage was secured and was doing it's job for my situation. They were always gracious on waiting for their payments when I was not able at certain times to meet my obligations on paying on time. Working with their staffs was always kind and courtesy and never disrespectful in any ways was always a pleasure to talk and work things out. Business was business and they always took care of me. I recommend them to a lot of my friends which are always happy with their service and their product will use them again if ever the situation arises and will recommend them to anybody in the future.

Carlos, just a note to thank you and Southwest for the great job in taking care of my storage and office needs. Not easy coordinating 6-8 (40’) containers at 26 different school locations.Always delivered on the scheduled date & time. I always recommend Southwest when asked where to get office & storage containers.Bad to the bone BIG DAWG……………when I grow up I want to be just like you!Thank you…………..again

Reasonable pricing on a quality product. That said... Their 28-day month which works out to 13 months a year billing cycle is irksome. Unfortunately it's typical for the industry.Regarding customer service, over the years all the CSRs have been very friendly, helpful and professional. I wish to call out Josephine Shearer for her pleasant demeanor and professionalism. Again, all the CSRs have been great, but Josephine projects a little extra something that is delightful.

Would recommend SW Mobile storage 10/10. We needed a 40ft storage container rental last minute for a commercial project in which Carlos was able to facilitate everything and deliver on time. Will be using SW Mobile for future projects as well!

Wayne was nothing short of amazing! The delivery and pickup were super fast and easy! He went over everything in detail, and took the time to make sure I knew how to properly close the container to keep my items safe. Would 10/10 recommend this company! ? ? Thank you Wayne!

The best choice I could ever make--twice! The layout for my yard is odd; the gate is in one corner and there are 3 trees off to the left. The first bin was an easy placement: back it in, drop it off, have a nice day. The second one, 3 years later, had to parallel the first: the driver (Wayne) had to come in at an awkward angle without taking out the fence, cut a sharp right, then back up. There was some question that it could even fit, but Wayne is Mr. One and Done. No back and fill and jockeying. I was amazed!Carlos in the office is top notch. Found a second unit for me way before I thought I would get one, making this emergency move so much better than it has been to that point. And when my brain decided to take a coffee break this morning and I couldn't get the slightly ajar doors to open completely, he walked me through it over the phone. (It was truly a "derp!" moment. Not quite as bad as someone pulling on a door that reads "push to enter"--but almost.)I know there will come a day when the bins are emptied and swept and go back to SMS and I'll be sad to see them go--but I know the end of the contract will be as easy and painless as the beginning and middle have been.Trust me--you won't find better.

Our rental experience with SW Storage was pain free. It was a life saver for our situation. The staff from, Carlos in the office to the Wayne, the great driver, was awesome. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you SW Storage.
