I did my Glucose test there, she gave me less than 5 minutes to drink it, I couldn't handle it and I threw up. Although this one was the second test I did the first one in different location in it was way better

Even though I had an appt I had to wait 30 minutes. Then they couldn't manage to get my paperwork, then the phleb had to dig around for my veins (every other lab I've gone to says "whoa! No problem finding your veins!"). Then, when my doctor got the results they said that the blood was improperly drawn and half of the tests were invalid. Then I got the bill and they charged me for them. Then when I disputed it they just said "there's no problem on the record". NEVER GOING BACK HERE EVER.

Made an appointment and got there 20 minutes early. They took me back right away. I was in and out within five minutes. I have a bad phobia of needles, and my doctors office was unable to draw my blood after many tries. The girl here got me in one try, and was very nice thought the appt making sure I was okay.

My elderly father went to his blood work appointment with my mother and They never felt so humiliated by the receptionist for not imputing his sign-in registration properly onto the computer. The receptionist had him do it step by step and kept telling them that everything was incorrect. She didn't seem to have any side mannerisms Most importantly patience. Don't have your elders go by themselves. Unless you want them to be mistreated. The receptionist had them wait for hours till she felt kind enough to go over their information on the computer.

Horrible. Go somewhere else. I checked in. Said they would text me. 2 hours later, no text. Said they did send more than one text. Showed them my phone. No text. So she says, oh it's because you didn't leave your number. Another lie. Admit you messed up. Don't try to blame me. Esther who drew my blood was very nice and professional.

I took my daughter and asked the Phlebotomist to use a butterfly needle. She insisted on using the biggest Guage needle and was un successful. A total of three separate misses before I told them no more and they blamed it on her being dehydrated. Maybe just maybe I know my kid and have experience in this instead of using the default excuse of dehydration.

Had a question with billing from being double charged when already paid It off and the front desk girl made me call them myself when it was on their end to deal with their mistake and I was calling and was on hold for a while when I was over waiting and asked the girl for my referral back she answered with attitude and threw the paper at me and said that’s fine WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

Have been going to this place for quite a few years. Made an appointment for usual blood work. When I arrive I was informed that my insurance was no longer valid and would have to go elsewhere. I realize things change every year with regards to health insurance however I made my appointment weeks in advance wouldn't it have been nice in this computer age to have informed me that my insurance had been flagged and an email or call sent out.

The folks at the Valencia (Tucson) facility are friendly enough, but they appear to be understaffed. They are efficient at blood draws/blood work however. Long wait times, and with COVID, there are only a few people in the waiting area at a given time. I recently had a time sensitive test order faxed to this location from Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale. I had to ask Mayo to fax the order two more times before SQ acknowledged receipt of the order. The first time, SQ claimed to not have received it. The second time, ditto. The third time, they found the order but it was misplaced in a file cabinet. -- Addendum. I returned to this SQ location in Tucson today (21 December) to drop off the sample (which has to be refrigerated and does have a shelf life), only to find that it was closed "due to staffing issues". Not the first time this facility has been closed. My earlier statement regarding understaffing is quite clear. I have accounts at both SQ and LabCorp. Different providers use different labs and so I need to use SQ for this provider. If it was up to me, I would choose LabCorp over SQ, for efficiency, professionalism and competency. Also, i f you look closely at the photos, the notice reads "December 21, 2021. They can't even get the year correct.

The girl was awesome! I didn’t have to wait very long even tho they were very short staffed. She got the vein the first time which was great! I prefer to go here than the “other place”.

I had to schedule a drug screening and I called one place and couldn't get through to anyone so I went online and this came up to schedule it here and I did but they DONT do drug tests here. Wasn't able to clarify with anyone before so that was annoying. The lady I talked to was nice but it wasted my time
