No employees are ever present at the front desk to answer questions or help at the 603 Wilmot location. WHY??

FAST SERVICE AND VERY PLEASANT STAFF ALWAYS BEST TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT. THEY DO THE BEST THEY CAN TO FIT THE WALK IN PEOPLE TOO. BUT WHAT I LIKE IS THE STAFF WAS SO HELPFUL TO THOSE WHO DID NOT KNOW HOW TO USE THE NEW SELF CHECK IN . THANKS FOR A NICE EXPERIENCE
