This place is completely unsanitary. The waiting area smelled like poop because they make everybody sign into a kiosk whether they're doing a lab or drop off. They provide no complementary mask at the door and require you to wait 30 minutes to drop your poop off. It was so embarrassing and disgusting. Everybody in that waiting room was very ill and they did nothing to ensure any kind of courtesy to folks just trying to drop the poop off. Go to the satellite offices, NOT HERE. disgusting !

I don't understand the negative reviews on this place. I made an appointment and was in and out of the office in 20 minutes. I planned to be here for hours based on the reviews and my prior experience with labs, but I was taken care of well. Yuliana was a great phlebotomist and I would leave 6 stars if I could!

They'll let you make an appointment even if they don't actually have all the paperwork you need - took them 30 minutes of waiting at my appointment time just for them to tell me to go away.I recommend bringing paper copies of your doctor's orders, and calling ahead of your appointment to ensure they have everything they need before you waste time showing up.

Right away I didn't feel out of place and the workers are extremely nice! Other locations make it dreadful to come in and sign up even.

The weekend crew is fantastic especially compared to their other locations. The weekday crew on the other hand were particularly rude to multiple individuals in office, while also talking bad/making fun of clients in Spanish openly thinking no one understood them. Completely unacceptable.

Treat people with some kind of kindness. Or at least not like annoying cattle. I came with order and was treated with disdain. Please learn how to have some tolerance you are in a profession facing patients/customer. The waiting room is great big ect! The working environment for everyone seems tense and the head nurse speaks with passive aggressive power trip voice. Someone needs to come in here and reorganize- make the front desk feel supported and not questioned. Then they may feel inclined to be more patient.

I freak out when I get my blood drawn- shaking, hyperventilating, all that. Eli was so sweet and handled the situation so well. First time I’ve gone to get my blood drawn and not felt mortified after. Thank you to all the compassionate staff here :)

Did have a serious front desk however the Phlebotomist Eli was top tier! Friendly, professional, welcoming, and drew on the first poke!!!! Thanks

I can't say how much I hate this system!!! Wait an hour just to drop of orders for an appointment to come. Kiosk check ins are evidently not as efficient, just saves the corporation money.

Absolutely the WORST lab in the city. The website is impossible and user UN-friendly. It is an exercise in futility. You are required to make an appointment through this frustrating and impossible website. There is NO one to check you in at the front desk - you MUST check in on their idiotic kiosk this is also impossible and frustrating. There is NO shred of "customer service." You can NOT make an appointment in person.Hey Sonora Quest. How about putting sufficient staff in place to actually ASSIST your clients. Look at your reviews and ratings. Do you not learn from them?
