Love the kiosk , made check - in easy. The day before Thanksgiving though it might be busy, about a dozen people in the comfortable waiting area at alvernon and 5th. With doctors orders sent ahead , I arrived at 9am leaving the 2nd floor by 9:30 . A much easier process than 10 years ago. Nice people work here. .

Julio was a great help. The only Sonora quest out of 4 that I called that actually answered the phone. Calling over an hours time frame. The orange grove and Rancho vistoso sites, terrible.

Came on a Saturday for routine labs ordered by my dr. and it was fairly busy. I did not have an appointment. Everyone was professional and very helpful. I was in and out in under 30 minutes.
