I want to share how pleased I was with Caitlyn's grooming on my toy golden doodle. I absolutely love the cut she gave Piper and I've never seen her coat so WHITE and beautiful! Thank you so much! I know Piper has anxiety when she goes to the groomer, but she seemed fairly relaxed after I picked her up. I think she enjoyed her time there!

Shelley, Rachel, and the entire staff here are amazing. Sasha has the best time here, but more importantly, we know she is being well cared for and spoiled rotten!Your dog will need to be evaluated before any training or boarding, but they really are the best in Tucson. They fill up fast, and you will need to make reservations well in advance.

I will not board my dogs any place else. I love staff, the way they treat my 3 pups and my pups love going there. I cannot say enough about Sol Dog Lodge! This is the one place where I feel perfectly comfortable leaving them in someone's care.

It's 102°F outside and I'm sitting in the Marana Home Depot parking lot behind a Sol Dog Lodge van. A staff member wearing the Sol Dog Lodge t-shirt took a large dog that looked like a pit mix out of the van and proceeded to walk him/her around on the asphalt parking lot at 3 PM. I could clearly see the dog lifting it's paws awkwardly as if it were in pain. Some other lady was walking near them in the parking lot with a German shepherd with a green muzzle on, who was also lifting his/her legs frantically and trying to lay down. Idk, just seems like they should have shoes on. Or walk them somewhere else. "For all dogs and the people who love them" ...

This is the only place in Tucson that my dog stays. The entire crew goes above and beyond to make sure my pup is taken care. They go above and beyond in providing updates on how is stay is going. I would 1000% recommend!

This may be one of the best places in Tucson to board a dog, but how would I ever know that? When I signed up my dogs for boarding I wanted to check the place out and I was told, "We do not give tours." So I showed up anyway at the Roger Road location and asked again to be shown the kennels. They would not let me in. I wrote to a board member and asked this question about their no-tours policy: "If you were enrolling a child in day care wouldn't you want to see what the place looked like, smelled like, and meet the people who would be caring for your child?" Same with dogs, since they are family to me. Are there dog owners who just drop their dogs off without seeing the place? Who just take Sol Dog advertising's word that it's a great place? What is going on here?

Sol Dog Lodge is simply the best in Tucson for boarding and training. Our rescue mini-aussie, Prudence, was in need of socialization after being abandoned in a breeders backyard with her sister for her first year. Sol Dog Lodge has been phenomenal in helping us with this process. From organized training, to Sunday Pack-walks, to overnight boarding, they have shown the professional knowledge and emotional empathy to help Prudence assimilate with her canine companions (see photo) and human encounters. We recommend Sol Dog Lodge to anyone interested in top-notch dog training and boarding.

I adopted Bolt from PACC. This guy was a really hard start when I adopted him with the Help of Sol Dog with Katherine Fisker and his sponsor from Top Dog Gail he has turn out be be a loving and great part to my family and we all love this crazy little man! He passed to the Rainbow bridge this past March from a active Brain deterioration. From his MRI we found that he had a major birth defect that took his young life at 4years of age. Even with all of his issue he was able to learn from Katherine’s help with him and training me to have a great life for his remaining 2yrs out of PACC.

I met Katherine a week ago, at the lodge. She is very nice. Smelled and looked very clean. Looking forward to going back.
