Great shop the new owners are super chill and have great customer service. The shop is clean and well kept and the art work on the walls is sick!! They have a nice selection of things and the prices are affordable. will definitely be coming back!!

Well I showed up at 7:32 and they were closed their open signs on they have another open sign up but again they are closed. I don't mind them being close like say they had use the restroom or something but at least let the customers know. Very disappointed and not for sure if I'll come back that's as quickly as it takes to gain or lose a customer. I never forget that with my current company the bell ringers. Not face it promotions approved

A small shop, with a pretty decent inventory for all your smoking needs. Owners are very nice & helpful. To my knowledge, it's also family owned, & operated by about less than a handful I believe. (I've only met 3 different staffs running the place). I love that its usually empty when I arrive at any given moment, leaving me to browse the whole store with the employee kindly assisting me with any needs & great suggestions. If you hate crowded shops, & rude/inattentive customer service places like I do, then this place is your "go to" any time of the day. I highly suggest this place for customer satisfaction, & quality service! Also, just a side note, they also sell snacks, drinks, & other accessories such as backpacks, pouches, apparels, & things of that nature.

This smoke shop has a great selection of glass To meet all budgets. One of the best smoke shops in Tucson hands down. They will have everything you are looking for including all the new hi-tech stuff that is coming out.

Been going to this same location since before it became Diamondback. Before when it was like Chico's I think, it was ok. The staff weren't very friendly and the 0rices were meh. Now that it has been redone and a whole new team the place is Poppin. Very friendly and helpful staff. The prices are fairly good and the quality is excellent. Cannot recommend a better shop.
