Every time I visited I received all the info I needed. But...I needed to add 2 items to my order and I went to the store on Labor Day and was told that is done thru Customer Service but not to call as they were closed. I wanted to keep the Labor Day pricing which ended that day. I took a chance and called and they were open! So I got my order edited. Store employees need to know when CS is open!

Adam was congenial, knowledgeable, and thorough in his presentation and explanation about the beds. We had never been to a Sleep Numbef store before and he gave us great information and was easy to work with. We enjoyed our time with him.

We were very impressed by the salesperson’s product knowledge and his understanding of our needs - sleep wise and budget wise. We received great discounts and pricing on the mattress and some linensI believe the bed we finally selected will be perfect. The delivery was very quickly arranged.

I went in kinda late so it felt a little rushed towards the end of the deal but it wasn't a bad experience. They have this bed set up that measures pressure points on everybody that lays on it. We came in at a setting of 35 and 40 which I'm sure is where most people probably come in at. With that said it seems a little gimmicky. I'm sure to some extent it probably does vary person to person mostly depending on weight and your size. Other than that I'm sure the average person probably comes in at the same numbers because everybody's built pretty much the same way. With that said I was pretty happy with the service and I did buy one of their beds. We bought the C4 and it did seem very comfortable and it's supported your entire body very well. You kind of sink into it and it wraps around your body. We can't wait till ours is delivered.

We are now December 5 and were scheduled for delivery today. Guess what !!!! Just got a phone call that we need to be rescheduled due to product not available. Waiting on a manager to call back...... another 3 months waiting ???? Sad company.Just got off the phone with one of their "phone-managers". Indeed the only thing they can do is reschedule for January 22..... We can give you a compensation for the inconvenience. I WANT A SOLUTION !!! They cannot even try to help you so i am desperate !This is the 3th time they made me take a day off and not show up !!!!
