“Staff is helpful and considerate. I have been physically challenged and was not able to pick up the shoes myself. Staff allowed me to order and pay for the shoes on the phone. I gave them the name of the individual that would be picking them up. This person went and received the shoes without question.”

“I've been there a couple times for a pair of pants. The seamstress is extremely knowledgeable, she took one look at me and knew my exact size. They even so free hem trims with the purchase of the pants. Bought a nice knife too. I'm a bigger guy so I couldn't remember my size since my last pair of pants I bought here was 5 years ago. That's how long they lasted before they ripped. About 40 to 65 dollars for pants. But like I said. Lasted me 6 years of outside work, inside work, hiking, camping, driving jobs. They had a really nice jacket as well, Will be returning for that.”

“It is always a pleasure to shop here, from the time we walk in to the time we walk out every time we are well taken care of by the sales representative. He is always happy to help and very knowledgeable, from t-shirts to my husband's wedding outfit we shopped here. The store is always super clean and very well stocked, easy to navigate alone but you will have help if needed at all times.
My only draw back which is not with the store but the HB brand itself is that 8 out of 10 t-shirts that have a pocket will have a hole in the pocket, making it useless.”

One could spend quite some time in there just looking around.Staff are pleasant, helpful, and accommodating.”

“I bought 2 pairs of black pants, straight leg. They were both different brands but fit very well. I also bought a 4-pk of underwear and an 8-pk of low cut socks, some valentine kitchen towels and a dog bed for my cats. I am very happy with my purchase. Good products and very decent prices.I had gone 2 weeks ago to a big department store and couldn't find a pair of decent black pants (very limited supply). I bought socks (8-pk) and was very disappointed cause socks were very thin on the top part of foot that I had to double up my socks. The quality was not there for the price. I didn't find same panties, as their ad had shown in an e-mail I received the day before I went in. When I asked the sales person why they didn't have ANY panties (the same as the ad), she said they get a VERY LIMITED AMOUNT OF PRODUCTS.I also went to Walmart and bought an 8-pk of socks and they fit kinda tight, quality was better than the other big department store but fit too tight for me.However, The socks I purchased at DD's were good quality and the fit was perfect according to size. They stretched and were not too tight. Also, the panties were stylish, nice colors, and a great price!”

Which is rare for stores. Their return policy is very generous if someone was wondering. It's hard to find shoes that fit my foot. So atleast I'm covered in case they don't fit me. “I have been wearing Stewart boots for over 50 years. I got my first pair in about 1970, and just received my third pair this past weekend. I went in for a fitting in early April and they arrived on the 14th of October. Not a long time to wait when you consider how great they are and how well they fit. The wait is well worth it. The fit is amazing, the quality is the best, need I say more. If that weren't the case I wouldn't have just had another pair made. I'm assuming they might be my last pair, and I'l probably be wearing them when the lay me to rest Hats off to Victor, Linda, and the Men of Stewart Boots. Sandy Charney”

“Sometimes you find a pair or two, and sometimes you find none. The last several times I had been to the store, I hadn't found any shoes. This time I found a great pair of comfy Borne shoe boots. They are awesome! There was just one problem, I was carrying a stack of five shoe boxes in front of me and covering my face, at the end of the sale shoes, I started to drop down on the bench that I knew was always there at the end of each row, and as I started to fall and didn't touch the bench, I realized it was gone. Luckily I caught myself and didn't fall and hurt myself. I think this is a safety issue. When I asked the sales girl to complain to the manager, she seemed surprised at my complaint. She said those have been gone for about a year. I guess I never noticed, because the last three times I had been there, I never found shoes that I liked, and I didn't need to sit down. Note to managers, the end of the store could use some benches as well. It is dangerous to walk around with a stack of shoes, trying to find a bench. Thank you, I do like my new shoes! Can we please put the benches back, or at least a few?”
“I didn't purchase anything this visit, I went in to find a pair of shoes to wear at work, as soon as I walked in I was greeted and asked if they could help me find what I was looking for, when I told them they pointed me to the right spot and noticed I liked horror films so they showed me their little horror section. Although I didn't buy anything I did appreciate the greeting and recommendations.”

“Fleet Feet carries a wide range of shoes for every walk of life that want to stay active. Carrie, ou expert attendant, not only was excellent, but professional, personable and patient as for an hour or more with my unique inserts and special needs found exactly the right shoes for me. For the first time in years I am walking normal and comfortably. Being 80 this year and having been a runner, biker and hiker I felt like I needed an extra boost to be able to at least bike and hike comfortably. Now I will be able to do so thanks to her expertise and care always listening closely to each nuance of my describtion of how each shoe felt. On a scale of 1-10 I would give her a 100. I have bought shoes for my son in Texas for years from this store, enabling him to work and run comfortably even though having plantar fasciitis. Thanks Again Fleetfeet and especially Carrie.”
