I found what I was looking for quickly and the checkout was not too long of a wait. This location is a bit cluttered in the aisles which was noticeable since it was a bit busy.

I had placed an order via the app for pick up. I went to pick up in store. immediately upon entering I wasn't greeted by a single person. There were at least 5 people working at the time. I went to the perfume aisle because there was one I had been wanting to try. I couldn't find it anywhere. I browsed for about 10 minutes and saw employees glancing, but not one approached. I go to the counter and explain to the woman checking out, Victoria, the situation at hand. I informed her I originally had come to pick up an order, but because not one single employee greeted nor assisted, I would need to immediately return that pick order based on principle, and would go to another store to buy it. She then said, "okay, what's your name?".... no apology, no contrition, nothing. I'm shocked but just want to get out of there at this point, so I wait for my refund. She then begins the return but the amount does not add up, so she calls over a CL, Kristen. I explain the situation to Kristen, mind you, I would still be willing to purchase the item if someone showed a hint of customer service, a simple, "oh I'm so sorry that happened", or "oh no that's not good, I hope I can still help you this afternoon", but nothing. After explaining to Kristen, her response was, "okay, sorry? let's get you refunded"... so I got my refund, and ordered from the Sephora in Tempe since only Sephora stocks the item I need. Such a shame. I won't visit here again. If any managers or anybody from corporate sees this, customer service at this location should be addressed.

YOU NEED A BETTER CREDIT CARD BANK!I went to the store and one of the employees offer me a credit card from @commenity bank and I never received my card! I called THOUSAND of times trying to get an account number to pay my bill and because security reasons they never provided me ANYTHING!!!Later I found a bad mark in my score because of that! I will sue your bank! Been aware and don’t accept their cards!

Omg, the best treatment I have received in awhile!! I was immediately greeted and asked how they could help. I had a list of products I had researched that I wanted to look at. They got an associate (Pauline) who took me around helped find what I was looking for offered other helpful recommendations. Wonderful experience! Thank you Sephora, I will be back.

Zach is the one to talk to. He gave my wife and daughter compliments on Mother's Day which I appreciate very much. We had an issue with a very rude young man with a very poor super queen attitude and Zach actively listened as well as replied accordingly. Sometimes people just want to feel like they are being shown some respect and funny enough you get that respect back in return (talking to you mr bad attitude queen with your terrible tone of voice and even worse body language). If you need a genuine human to interact with in this store then ask for Zach. Thank you again for showing my wife and daughter they mattered on Mother's Day and listening the way you did.

Every time I go in I am treated like nothing when I check out my items and won't give them my phone number. Extremely rude and this is the third time this has happened. Will be spending my money at ulta and elsewhere. NEVER shopping here again. Train your employees CORRECTLY. It seemed like such a nuisance to a woman who works there when I asked if she could find my shade. I waited over five minutes while she was talking to another customer. Absolutely horrible. If I could give this zero stars I would. Complete joke of a company.

I walked in looking for, as it turns out, a discontinued product. :( Fortunately, the sales girl, Kristen, immediately lead me to a comparable product and their top seller. I bought Caudaiíe Reversotrol lift, from Paris. It has resveratrol in it, which is a great antioxidant rejuvenator. Although it was very expensive, at $62.00 for a tiny tube, for an eye lift...I feel it is worth its weight in gold! Thanks for all the helpful sales advice. Kristen, you rock! Thanks a bunch!

I went in with several concerns regarding the foundation I was using and skin care. Daniel was more than happy to help. He started off by asking me what I was looking for, what my routine was and what concerns I had. Step by step he helped me pick a skincare, primer, foundation, setting powder, and spray. He had absolutely no problem with helping me even though I’m more of a make up minimalist and have basically no idea what I’m doing. He truly made my day yesterday.

Wanted help with a product. All I found was a 30 second interaction before person disappeared. I'd understand if they were juggling multiple customers. Nope! The staff were too busy talking in a group to each other. Bad first experience with Sephora.
