I bought a black suit last week from a great sales person named Reina. She was a pleasure to work with and made the experience very nice. I returned today to pick up my suit after it had been hemmed and for some reason the jacket did not fit. I'm unsure as to what had happened however, after talking with the owners Reina made sure to address the situation with a smile and went out of her way to make it right. The male sales person that works with her could use a few lessons on customer service from her. As he tried to interfere with the situation and made it worse for a short time. I have bought several suits here and have never experience this before. Reina is the sales person I will look for from this point on when I am buying a suit.

Love this store! My husband and family members purchased their tux/suits for my wedding here and we had the best experience and service.

We walked in to try to find my husband a suit for an upcoming wedding and when we walked in we were greeted with a hello but that was it even as we walked further into the store the sales associates just watched us but never offered help or to ask what we were looking for to point us in the right direction. Seems like being on their phones was more important.

Went in there to look for my fiancés wedding jacket and I stead of a hello we were greeted by “we don’t carry big sizes” . Absolutely ridiculous….

Had the pleasure of returning to purchase my son his first suit to where I bought my first 35 years before. This place has a special spot in my life because it allowed me to look sharp as a teenager & young adult when I did not have much $. Job interviews, weddings & or baptismal, their selection, quality & prices helped me look & feel great. Well my son is graduating from Highschool & I wouldn't trust this event to anyone else! They hooked him up from head to toe!! Very happy & grateful to share in what feels like a family tradition.

Went in to buy a sport coat last weekend. Right before I made the purchase I asked about their return policy she said “no problem and we can also help you find something else if needed”. I thought ok cool this place is awesome. A week later I go back to return the jacket unused, never wore it and she says “sorry no returns” and points to some tiny print on the bottom of the receipt. Next time someone asks your return policy don’t hide the truth to make a sale. Now I’m forced to spend $150 at a store I don’t trust and it’s a shame because they have nice stuff. Won’t be recommending them to anyone.

Excellent selection of suits, shirts and accessories; the staff is very helpful. Store is well organized and easy to find what you are looking for. If they don’t have in Stock what you are looking for, they special ordered it for you . Excellent customer service. I highly recommend shopping here .

Cannot stress enough how awesome the guys are at San Fransisco Rag. We got 8 tuxedos total for our wedding & on MANY occasions they accommodated our needs. We had to postpone due to COVID and even after multiple months of being closed, they had our shirts waiting for us. Their prices are extremely fair & they made the process of fitting 8 men very simple. Highly suggest this locally owned location!
