I ordered my set of moccasins on October 15 and received them on November 10. They are absolutely awesome looking and fit perfectly. Called them up to let them know and they answered the phone politely and very quick.. The lady was very pleasant. I know things sometimes get messed up or something happens but this was my second time talking to them and they were always nice. Guess some of these people leaving bad reviews have an attitude for not reading how long it takes to make them which is listed on their site.

I got ripped off. I ordered Jan 15, with the expectation of 7 weeks for delivery. It's been 16 weeks, and nothing. No communication, no nothing and when I messaged them to find out the status of my order, they didn't respond. Terrible company.

I placed my order with the understanding that it would take 7 weeks to complete. I ordered 3 pairs of youth & toddler moccasins. It was completed, as stated. I ordered on March 19 and called on May 6th, to check if they were going to be on time. The respesentative I spoke to was kind, took my order information & told me that she'd call me back with an update. She called back approximately 20 mins later & said my order was being mailed that same day. Which was a Friday & I got them on Monday. The sizes are true to size for my kids.I was a bit apprehensive to order, after reading prior reviews but I'm glad that I did. You just have to be mindful of the completion time.

We had a fantastic experience here. Long chat with the lovely owner, ended up purchasing some moccasins for our son. I'll be back to buy a hat and belt. Lots of beautiful items to peruse!

Agustin Trading Company is first and foremost known for their handmade moccasins, which are gorgeous! And still on my wish list. But this locally owned shop, located at the Mercado San Agustin is packed will all kinds of other gems, such as beautiful jewelry, textlines, hats, pottery and more. I bought my husband a gorgeous Oscar Alexius cuff for Christmas. The jewelry is from well known artists and I think they are collectors items for sure. Jesse, the owner handmakes the moccasins. The process is really meant to be custom, so I suggest you give yourself time to get measured appropriately. One of my local favorites!

Always love to visit the Mercado and find a new treasure at the San Augustin Trading company. They have great sun hats made of palm and just got my second one I love them so much. Lots of unique pieces to browse from hats to jewelry to baskets to handbags. Always fun!

This store is Amazing, the customer service from the owner is fantastic and the moccasins are absolutely beautiful. I've been in traditional hard soled southwest moccasins since I was a little kid. It's really hard these days to find a traditional moccasin maker, and is very time consuming if you make them yourself. You can tell that the owner loves what he does, and it shows in his work.

Customer service is horrible. In store, we were told 4 weeks.. 4 weeks came and gone.. went on the website and it said most orders take 6-8 weeks and if your order took longer, they would contact you. We had to contact them and were told the leather was just ordered. After waiting 8 weeks, I get the shoes from far away look good but up close shoddy work and poor quality. The website says everything is handmade and checked for quality assurance. They can not be the case. I waited 8 weeks for shoes that looked like they were rushed to be made. Apparent holes in the leather. I'll be contacting them tomorrow. Sucks because my boyfriend purchased these as a birthday gift for me and this has been an ordeal since. DO NOT BUY HERE! For the price and wait, I expect quality.

I saw a friend of mine wearing a pair of the San Agustin Trading Company's mountain man moccasin. He highly recommended them to me. I was excited to purchase a pair. I should have paid attention to the previous google reviews! When I called, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to answer my questions. I'm now looking at similar products provided by other companies. I'm disappointed.

I ordered a pair of men's moccasins in February of 2017. Left several messages and to this date, February 12, 2018, I have never received a reply, a phone call, or any indication they exist. I just it wasn't meant to be. I give up.
