0 calidad en servicio al cliente, no volvemos. Nos atendio una SA llamada Selena y con ella todo bien, nos prometio un descuento en la garantía de la sala que compramos y cuando fue a preguntarle a sus managers nos descontaron $9, mi esposo negociando pregunto "ni un dolar mas?" y el empleado/manager Omar le saco un dolar de su cartera y le contesto si le hacían falta dólares, que el se lo regalaba. Todo esto con un humor sarcástico y humillante. Yo trabaje de manager en una empresa mucho mas grande y ni con los part-timers de 16 años batallamos por estas inmadureces. Que vergüenza de persona, si no hubiera sido por que la vendedora se porto excelente no hubieramos comprado la sala.

I elected to purchase couches locally because I believed it was safer than ordering from Wayfair, etc. Stupid me, I ordered online from Sam's Outlet, aka Ashley. --They never contacted me regarding delivery after purchase. I had to contact them. --They pushed back delivery several times, but never told me. I had to contact them. --They tried to talk me into buying something actually in the stores instead of waiting for delivery of my order several times. I would have ended up paying more money had I done that. This is just turning into a nightmare. If it would not cost me a 25% restocking fee, I'd cancel. I assume I will have to continue calling Sam's on my own to check on delivery, since they have no customer service whatsoever. Clearly Sam's doesn't care. I assume Ashley doesn't either, as they are the same company. This is ridiculous. DON'T SPEND A DIME AT SAM'S OUTLET OR ASHLEY.

The only actual good thing was the delivery people. First off the website shows a bunch of stuff they don't even have. We were moving to Tucson so we purchased online. Turns out they didn't have it it might be in stock in a week etc etc. Looked at reviews and seen how many people never received what they ordered so we asked what do you have. Choose anything thing that says in stock he says. OUT OF THE ENTIRE SITE ONLY THREE SOFAS WERE IN STOCK!! So I chose one I would have never chosen any other time and had to get a pep talk from the family it would be ok. Well the delivery guy was polite professional and knew his stuff I will say that but after he left I realized my couch and loveseat were so dirty they had a brown tinge to them and the love seat had white stuff on it like..... milk.......l or something else had splattered across it. Absolutely disgusting, And not only that they're hard like bus seats. I'm horrified and depressed by this entire thing. So far I have not received good friendly or polite service in Tucson anywhere. My first impression of this town is I can't wait to get tf out. I have furniture I'm afraid to sit on.We paid for new! Don't go here! You're better off at a thrift store. This is nasty.

Amazing experience with Jeff. He took us seriously and really took his time to take us through everything. He helped us find exactly what we wanted and helped make it so nice for my wife and made the experience nice with our newborn baby.

Do not get the warranty!! It’s a scam. Was told they could come take the stains out of my couch or they will replace the covers. A tech came and said I will get a call to replace the covers. A lady called me TODAY saying they aren’t going to do anything. So why did I pay 200+ for warranty???

We tried to buy a pillow and I think I have bought a car faster and easier. Paperwork and then a walk to the cashier and then a 35 min wait for them to find the pillow in the warehouse. I returned the pillow before I received it because I could not wait any longer. This was also with 1 other customer in the entire store. After 30 min 1 of the rude employees told me to have patience and literally danced away. Will easily buy the same pillow online.

I wish I could give them a zero. They have the worse customer service. They will keep telling you it will be here in the middle of the next month and then it never comes. You will NOT get a phone call. When they finally tell you they will give you the floor model and they schedule delivery and you change your plans waiting for this delivery. Guess what, I called and the floor model ended up being damaged and NO ONE called to tell us this. I had to call to find this out. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! THIS IS YOUR WARNING.

I ordered a table and 6 chair set in the middle of May and paid in full and was told I would get everything in by the end of May. Halfway through June, I was still not receiving anything, I called the store and asked for my salesperson Alexis, and she never called back. A week later, I called the store again and was told by the phone operator that the chairs were discontinued. Nobody bothered to let me know anything and kept me waiting for something that would never arrive. They told me the manager would call me by the end of the day, and never did. I went to the store to find the manager, Cassandra, and was told that to find replacement chairs and they would discount them. I had a hard time finding something similar to the original chairs and finally decided on a set I didn't completely like. Then I got charged more. The ethical thing would have been to price match the originals. Still, I paid again the difference in full. Then I was told I would receive the table and 1 of the 6 chairs that were in stock the coming Thursday. Only 1 chair showed up. I refused the delivery and called the store. They told me I still owed money, I still don't know why because I had paid everything in full, including delivery, assembly, and the 5 year protection package they sold me. They told me they fixed the price while on the phone and would again try to deliver the following Thursday the table and now 5 out of the 6 chairs they had now in stock. Today, Thursday , they showed up with the table and only 4 chairs. I have received no communication on where the 5th chair is or the remaining 6th. Needless to say, I am unbelievably upset at the way they handle business.

Sam Levitz is a rip off! Their furniture breaks within 2 years and their warranty takes so long to get anyone out to repair it will expire before your furniture is fixed. I've been trying for 6 months to get my furniture repaired. The parts have been broken multiple times. When delivery shows up to pick up your furniture to take back to shop to repair they leave within 2 minutes. I chased them going 50 down a dirt road while calling and honking he refused to stop. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE DELT WITH.

We have shopped at Sam Levitz for years and there have been long waits before but this time it's become absolutely ridiculous.In the beginning of April, our 14-year-old son needed a bigger bed and new bedroom suite. We went in and met Sara. We picked out the bedroom suite we wanted including the black bed frame, mattress, matching bed stand, dresser and mattress platform. Sara told us they had the bed stand and mattress in stock and the rest would be delivered May 20. She said the set had been coming in fast so it may even arrive early.We waited eagerly and painted our son's room and decorated based on the black furniture he picked out. May 20 came and went with no word.I called Sam Levitz and spoke with a female manager, Liz, as Sara wasn't in. Liz said our delivery date had been bumped to the beginning to mid June. I asked her to contact the manufacturer for a more precise date given we would be traveling. We also have an exchange student arriving in July. She said we were next in line for the set. She also said she would look into it and call me back within two days. After two weeks, I never heard from her but got a text from Sara yesterday (June 4). The delivery was now bumped to mid to end of June.I tried to call Sara but she was out at lunch. I spoke with the assistant store manager, Omar. I told him Liz never called me back and he said she had a family emergency so that is why she didn't call me back. I asked why someone else didn't follow up and he said that was Sara's job. He told me our order wouldn't arrive until July. Mind you, this was the same day I was texted by Sara that our order would arrive mid to end of June. Omar refused to contact the manufacturer to find out when I could expect our order. He said Sara could try to find us something comparable and said I would get a call back from Sara yesterday. I never was contacted by Sara.Today, I called Omar to let him know I had not heard from Sara. By thus time it was after 1 p.m. the following day. I told him we needed the bedroom set as we have an exchange student coming, my son needed his bed set so the exchange student could have the spare room.Omar told me it could take up to 6 months to get furniture. When I asked why they sold furniture they didn't have in stock, he said they are always getting new shipments in. He said they had been in business for over 70 years and I told him they wouldn't be staying in business with such poor customer service.The sad part is we applied for a credit card and I had already gotten my first bill and made a payment. Omar said he would return the funds and pickup the bedstand and matteress but now we are back at square one and two months have been wasted by these inconsiderate people. I also don't know how long it will take to get my refund from the credit company. Guess that's my problem for having trusted the wrong companyI highly recommend shopping elsewhere for furniture. This company clearly doesn't care about the customer. They are just chasing money. Know that Ashley furniture in Tucson is owned by the same company so don't expect anything different there. If you must shop here, ask if the item(s) you want are in stock first. If not, you may be in for a months-long wait. Also know customer service and communication are not priorities at Sam Levitz. I hope the owners see this and realize their company and family name are being seriously compromised by the lack of customer service and follow through here.

havent been to sam levitz in about 10 years WOW what a difference, the sales people were nice , the prices were ok , but they had nothing really nice . just Dull , run of the mill boring looking furniture. im trying to decorate my home and want nice looking furniture . i felt like i was in a giant bargain center. everything they have is Ashley, Ashley, Ashley they may as well just change their name to the Ashley store ...
