Called asking for prices and count on pizza for catering for school girl answer saying there isn't anyone there until 9:30 but i know that someone is there at 6 am to make pizzas and get cafe ready for the day. Customer service sucks now these day having minors working at food establishment they never have answers and aren't helpful 80% of the time it's ridiculous. Disappointed Sam's club .

The two older ladies never changed their gloves once in the near 45 minutes I was in line. They were touching screens, pens, machines, and customers then would handle food with the same gloves. The line is ridiculously slow and by the time you get to the front, you're so disgusted you don't even want it.

Weekends can get pretty busy but Wednesday night was not bad! Everything was stocked and we managed to get in and out with what we needed.

Horrible place to work at. The store manager is very disrespectful and under appreciates his workers. He also doesn't pay them enough for what he has them doing. Would work half of my shift before getting one single break. Would have to wait until end of day to take my lunch. If I were to use the restroom it would set me back on completing my orders for the day. Would definitely not recommend working at this facility.

Just got a new membership a couple of weeks ago and both visits I had a terrible experience. First time, there were only 2 lanes open. Waited almost 45 minutes in line! Tom the way out they were checking my items but opening my bagged meat! That also took forever! Second time, cashier had no help, no backup I asked for a box and she said they didn't have any but I could go looking for one. Horrible service, not enough lanes open etc. going to cancel membership there and stick to Costco!!

Today I had an experience like no other. I did the delivery order since I did not want to go out to the store a couple of days before Thanksgiving. I placed a delivery for some things I needed for thanksgiving dinner. On that list was a fruit tray. There fruit trays looks beautiful and taste great. Well the lady who delivered it thought so too. She gave me half eaten tray. I didn't realize till she left when I was checking my list and making sure everything was there. I was soo upset. You see all those stories on the news about people who eat your food using Uber, doordash etc. And now I experience it. And I was livid. I called Sams on stone and spoke to Becky. She was very helpful and kind and very understanding and shocked just like me about the lady eating half of my order. She apologized and she wanted to make it right. She had a separate order come out and delivered me a new fruit tray. She even called me back making sure I got it and that all the product was there. She made me think that there is still good people out there trying to do the right thing. Thank you Becky! You made my day and my thanksgiving a lot better. Becky is a example of a fantastic employee, went above and beyond to help make it right. She gets 100 golden stars!

The store itself is great I love Sam's club and everything about it I just have such a complaint with Daniel one of the managers at the store. The man was snarky and sarcastically rude to me and my wife and I hope someone sees this and gets him straight.

Curbside pickup is my favorite. I love not having to go inside. One of many reasons why I prefer here to Costco. However I live on the east side so driving all the way over here kinda sucks.

This is for the food court only. Every time it seems the soda fountains are not working. They are either out of ice, out of Pepsi or other flavors. Today 9/20/23 there was one female behind the counter busting her butt. Two other males arrived and were met with a comment...nice of you guys to show up!! The gentleman waiting in line next to me, threw his arms up and stated " it's ridiculous one person is working behind the counter" and walked off.. It's ridiculous that a supervisor is allowing this to take place for such a large company. Someone is dropping the ball!!!

Always grab gas here when in Tucson. Love how the pumps are singled instead of double. Lines are shorter and go faster in my opinion.

Yesterday September 4th 23 I went to Sam's club I got baby Bella cheese. I got them home somebody had pinched a little hole in the netting taking some out. I have rotten sweet potatoes a half a bag was mushey black rot. I just threw a large sack of rice away I live 25 mi away I'm not going to drive all the way to Sam's club to return the rice. It had those little black bugs all the way through thank goodness I opened it. I don't want it to contaminate the rest of my food. throughout the store there were boxes and rappers where people literally were eating the products then putting the containers to the side. I have never seen anything like this. No wonder everything is so expensive. The Irish butter is now $11 a pound? I will not renew my Sam's club membership. It is even worse than Walmart.

So for the store they have great prices the cafe always has big lines there are one cashier they need two. Their food is always good. They just need scan go for food services

I had the best experience with the tire team. First I called in to set up an appointment they helped me identify the tire size and the quality I was looking for. I ended up with Goodyear tires as they were lower cost but had 85k mile warranty. They didn't have them in stock so they made my appointment for a day or so after the arrival of the tires. The gentleman Dakota helped me today and did a great job! He informed me of an hour wait in the vehicle. It literally took an hour. I was shocked and impressed because most places take all damn day! But not here also I got a really great discount because I am a plus membership so the installation on all 4 tires is free! Highly recommend coming here for tires

I worked there in the past, the old management Brent manager Mike. made sure the product was up to standards.
And long shelf life as well, for the past three months I've noticed a lot of things are going out of code or expired in a day you bought it or that day. when I worked there I was told to look for Dates are less then 5 days before they expire.
it is so sad it's not being followed today I went to see him today and I only bought 40% what I needed. the rest expression date for too close to buy it's sad.
the only thing I know they can't mess with is pharmacy with pills and Jay's a man he's on top of it.
I'll continue to go to Sam's club just for the pharmacy. and you most of my shopping at Safeway I can't trust Sam's no More. love the store I love working there if I don't like the new change and I can't trust nothing.
so please improve your policies on expired food or going out expired it's not a good thing not when money is short and tight and things have to last!!!!!
