I’ve never been to Safeway without them overcharging me. I switched from the Rancho Vistoso Safeway to the one on Ina and was overcharged for 3 items. The signs don’t match the charges!

I would like to thank the manager on duty on April 9th at your store on oracle rd.
Along with the cashier and self check out clerk for being very observant and cautious about the internet scams going on.
As a customer we are open to all sorts of entities over the internet.
These three employees were able to educate me on the types of scams happening with ebay and several other cards.
I thank you for your PRIMIER OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They never get delivery orders right. As someone who is disabled having to call and complain because they take things off my order and then not replace them and change my bill by $20 more is a hassle.
I only find out because I go line by line through the receipt online since they never send one home

Both managers have failed to see any consequences for discriminating against minorities and the assistant Manager hasn’t faced any action for bringing a child into a dangerous work environment. Please reframe from going to this store or ask the mangers what they will do to fix this issue.

The grocery store is a typical Safeway that has not been refreshed.However, there is an increasing homeless presence on the north side of the north entrance on the sidewalk. They sit in a group, sometimes slumped over in a drug stupor, sometimes hanging out of their car.Not a safe store, not an inviting store. Beginnings of a blight attracter.

Both managers are racist and treat employees/customers differently depending on their race and the second manager put an infant endanger while working here! If you value the community and have ethic's please do your shopping elsewhere.

First Safeway I regularly shop at and I plan on being a regular customer as long as I live near one because they mostly have everything I'm looking for and more then anything there great prices ??!!!
