Wendy Ruhl at Royal was very nice. Service at Royal overall has not been very impressive. Mike at royal gave me the impression several times that we had already purchased the car before finding out if we could even afford it. Within the first 10 days of purchase. Tire light came on, A very noticable air sound was emitting from the engine and the sensor for the window wipers failed. Wendy had been great in assisting us, however they told her to have us come to the service center where they were unavailable to meet with us upon arrival. An individual who was behind the counter but maybe not an employee? replied to my current situation "Just disconnect your wipers". Funny; bad timing. Upon the second appointment: they denied Wendy mentioning the sound. (I was with her when she requested it). He told my wife the sound was normal, even though it has only made the sound one day out of ten. We are currently awaiting for them to call to replace the weather sensor; and the power steering failed today for a second. Overall I am happy with the purchase, their no hassle prices, Wendy Ruhl and my vehicle. (Things happen). Far from stress free service however, considering the services afterwards and slight mishaps that may lead to later more significant issues.UPDATE: follow-up services we're significantly better. Weather sensor was replaced and power steering assist was thoroughly inspected at no cost to me. Much more of a polite and accommodating experience second week around

Wendy Ruhl was was absolutely fantastic to work with. Her "no pressure" sales approach provided me a great car buying experience. When I need to buy another car I will definitely be going to her first. If you ever get the chance to work with her for your used car needs please do so. I am updating my review from back in May when I purchased my car. This place is a scam!!! My alternator and battery completely died on me which was a $800 fix. And now a couple more months now my transmission is going out too which is going to run me $3k dollars. I know what I signed which states that anything that happens is not on them anymore. But are you FREAKING kidding me... And they told me my car had no recalls but I looked up and there is a recall for my car for it's front airbags!!!! Definetly do not recommend anybody buying cars from here.

People were great. Very helpful even between two different lots (drove me back and forth) to look at different cars. Up front orucing, no pressure, no trying to hide or diminish any obvious flaws, even minor ones. Only reason for 4 stars would be that I did not go through entire process and I would have liked to have seen more inventory but those are minor.

Wendy Ruhl at the Tucson used Royal Kia car lot went out of her way to find a lender, as I had returned recently from living overseas long-term and had somewhat 'invisible' credit on the US system. It was a fairly seamless process and I love my little Kia Soul!

Absolutely amazing car I purchased here almost 6 months ago. It was a used Lexus with over 120k miles on it from one previous owner. Marvin (the sales rep I dealt with) was absolutely amazing and made sure I was buying the car that I wanted. The haggle free price was great, because I didn't have to deal with a bunch of back and forth on the price and was thousands of dollars cheaper than other Lexus LS430's in poorer condition. Haven't had a single problem since I bought the car, and am so happy that Marvin sold me my dream car.
